摘要： A portable electronic key for use with an electronic locking device comprises a wireless communications module, a processor, and a software application configured to transmit, receive, and respond to electronic messages related to access control information. The electronic messages are formatted according to a request-response protocol. The wireless communications module is configured to use a standardized communication protocol to establish a wireless communications link with a networking device operably associated with a remote administration device located away from the portable electronic key. The software application periodically exchanges, via the wireless communications link, request-response messages related to access control information with a server application of the remote administration device. The processor responds to the exchange of request-response messages by performing at least one of modifying access control information of the portable electronic key or providing access control information of the portable electronic key to the remote administration device.

摘要： A system is provided that includes a wireless communication device (or end device), a vehicle having a central module, and a key provisioning server. The key provisioning server is communicatively coupled to the wireless communication device and the central module via wireless connections. The central module can establish a wireless connection with the wireless communication device to initiate a current communication session. When the wireless connection is established with the central module, the wireless communication device communicates a request message to request temporary security information (e.g., public key and/or a digital certificate). The key provisioning server can then provide, in response to the request message, the temporary security information to the wireless communication device and/or the central module. The temporary security information can then be used to encrypt communications between the wireless communication device and the central module.

摘要： A semiconductor device that functions as a key to control access to a software program resident in a computer. The device includes a continuously running pulse generator that produces an output representative of real time, a shift register permanently storing a unique number and circuitry for executing an algorithm that combines real time and the permanently stored unique number to produce a password. The password is input to the computer. The computer is coded to execute an equivalent algorithm to produce a password within the computer. The two passwords are compared and access to the computer program is afforded only if they bear a prescribed relationship. The computer can be coded to produce on the video display thereof a timespace pattern on the computer video display, circuitry for deriving the stimulus number therefrom, and circuitry for processing the stimulus number so that the password displayed by the key is a function of the value of the stimulus number. The computer executes a similar procedure on the stimulus number so that access to the software program is afforded only if correspondence exists between the user input password and the password generated in the computer.

The system may also include an access control device associated with a personnel access position and including a second NFC sensor and a security controller. The security controller may be configured to receive the temporary security code from the first NFC sensor via NFC communications, selectively grant personnel access based upon the received temporary security code, and determine the unique ID associated with the given electronic device.
