    • Remote objects, which may include cars and locomotives, rolling stock and or fixed objects in a model railroad layout, convey sound and/or other digital information to a Sound and Control Centers, Local Sound and Control Units and or walk-around throttles to produce sound and operations that enhances the model train experience. Preferably, remote objects may communicate with the sound and control center by wireless means, and over separate communication channels. Sound information and related data from the separate channels can be processed, combined, enhanced or used to fetch additional sounds from memory, in order to drive at least one speaker that is separate from the remote objects. The speaker(s) may be especially advantageous to produce or enhance low frequency audio sounds coordinated with activity at the remote object(s).

    • The present invention relates to a sound source device, and more particularly, it aims at providing a sound source device, in which a sufficient sound emitting quantity can be attained, capable of obtaining a reproduced sound of musically rich expression. And, in order to attain the aforementioned object, it is possible to solve such a problem that energy density is low and sound emitting efficiency is inferior by employing a pseudo-rectangular wave increasing spectral density as waveform data input in a waveform table (TB). For this, it is rendered a spectrum including spectral lines X1, X2, X3 and X4 in a range matching with a frequency domain (HR) having high sound emitting efficiency and including even harmonics.

    • A tone generator system for an electronic organ which is capable of being fabricated into an LSI structure and receives a saw-tooth wave or staircase wave as an input thereto comprises a frequency divider for the saw-tooth wave or staircase wave including a ladder resistor network and a complementary MOS FET devices, an analog switch having a wide dynamic range and a high linearity in input-output transfer characteristic constructed by MOS FET devices to serve as an indirect keying means, a sustain means including a novel structure of a variable impedance element which is constructed to control a channel current in a MOS FET device by varying the potential distribution in the source region, and an impedance coverter constructed by complementary MOS FET devices and free from a D.C. level shift. With the above arrangement a tone generator system of high quality for an electronic organ is provided.
