    • An optical information recording medium includes a recording film, which contains germanium, bismuth, and at least 50 at % tellurium, and has a first recording film component formed in the planar direction and having a bismuth content of at least 15 at %, a second recording film component formed in the planar direction on the side to be irradiated with a light beam and having a bismuth content that is at least 10 at % lower than that of the first recording film component, and an intermediate recording film component provided between the first and second recording film component to moderate the change in the bismuth content in the film thickness direction between the first and second recording film component, and having a bismuth content greater than the bismuth content of the second recording film component and less than the bismuth content of the first recording film component.

    • An optical information recording medium including three or more information layers, wherein at least one information layer provided on the light incident side is an information layer which enables information to be overwritten and includes a recording film, a transmittance adjusting film of a dielectric containing Bi, Ti and O, and an isolation film in this order from a light incident side; and the isolation film is provided between and adjacent to the transmittance adjusting film and an intermediate separation layer which separate the information layer from another information layer on the side opposite to the light incident side; and the isolation film has an optical constant at a wavelength of 405 nm such that a refractive index is 1.8 or less and an extinction coefficient is 0.05 or less. This information recording medium prevents the repeated overwriting characteristics in a sever environment from being deteriorated.

    • The present invention provides a spin coater including a rotation table that rotatably holds the disc substrate, a spin-cup that surrounds the outer circumference of a disc substrate held on the rotation table, a dripping unit configured to drip an ultraviolet-curable resin composition onto the surface of the disc substrate, a rotating unit configured to rotate the disc substrate via the rotation table to spread the ultraviolet-curable resin composition over the surface of the disc substrate, a heating unit configured to heat the ultraviolet-curable resin composition on the disc substrate, and a temperature controlling unit configured to control a reaching temperature of the spin cup which is increased by the heating unit each time the ultraviolet-curable resin composition is spread, so as to be constant over multiple spin coating processes.
