摘要： A rare-earth permanent magnetic powder, a bonded magnet containing thereof and a device using the bonded magnet are provided of the present disclosure. The rare-earth permanent magnetic powder comprises: 70 vol % to 99 vol % of a hard magnetic phase and 1 vol % to 30 vol % of a soft magnetic phase, the hard magnetic phase has a TbCu7 structure, and the grain size of the hard magnetic phase is 5 nm to 100 nm; the soft magnetic phase is a Fe phase having a bcc structure, the average grain size of the soft magnetic phase is 1 nm to 30 nm, and the standard deviation of the grain size is below 0.5σ.

摘要： There is provided an iron oxide magnetic nanoparticle powder having a ferromagnetic property even if the particles have an average particle size of 15 nm or less, preferably 10 nm or less, and a method of producing the same, an iron oxide magnetic nanoparticle thin film containing the iron oxide magnetic nanoparticle powder and a method of producing the same, wherein the iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles having an ε-Fe2O3 single phase, having the average particle size of 15 nm or less, and further 10 nm or less, are generated by using β-FeO(OH) (iron oxide hydroxide) nanoparticles as a starting material, and coating the (iron oxide hydroxide) nanoparticles with silicon oxide, and applying heat treatment thereto under an atmospheric air, and further the iron oxide magnetic nanoparticle thin film is obtained by using the iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles.

摘要： The present invention relates to a permanent magnet suitable for a magnetic angle encoder. The permanent magnet has an annular cylindrical structure and comprises a first permanent magnet unit and a second permanent magnet unit. The first permanent magnet unit and the second permanent magnet unit are geometrically symmetrical with respect to a diametral cross section. The magnetization intensity of the first permanent magnet unit and the magnetization intensity of the second permanent magnet unit are parallel to the axial direction of the annular cylinder and are in opposite directions, or the magnetization intensity of the first permanent magnet unit and the magnetization intensity of the second permanent magnet unit are perpendicular to the diametral cross section and are parallel to one another and in the same direction.

摘要： There is provided a production method and a production device for producing each of the rare earth sintered magnet sintered bodies without carrying a mold in a sintering furnace. The method includes feeding an alloy powder into a mold having side walls divided into two or more sections; filling the alloy powder into the mold to prepare a filled molded-body; orienting the alloy powder in the filled molded-body by applying a magnetic field to the filled molded-body to prepare an oriented filled-molded-body; detaching the side walls of the mold from the oriented filled-molded-body and retrieving the oriented filled-molded-body from the mold; and sintering the retrieved oriented filled-molded-body. The filling step and the orienting step are performed at different locations. A pulsed magnetic field can be applied in the orienting step and inside of the mold can be partitioned into a plurality of cavities by partitions.
