摘要： A circuit breaker includes a vacuum interrupter. The interrupter includes a first movable electrode to which a first contact is connected and a second movable electrode to which a second contact is connected. The interrupter is operable between an open state and a closed state. In the open state, the first contact and the second contact are separated by a contact gap distance. In the closed state, the first contact and the second contact touch each other. The circuit breaker includes an ultrafast actuator operatively connected to each of the first and second movable electrodes. The ultrafast actuator is configured to change the vacuum interrupter from the closed state to the open state by simultaneously moving the first contact in a first direction along a first distance portion of the contact gap, and the second contact in a second direction along a second distance portion of the contact gap.

The moving core includes a cylindrical protrusion extending toward the fixed core and surrounding the movable shaft.

For this, there is a contact switching device in which a movable iron core (142) provided at one end portion of a movable shaft is attracted to a fixed iron core, based on excitation and degauss of an electromagnet portion, by which the movable shaft reciprocates in a shaft center direction, and a movable contact of a movable contact piece arranged at another end portion of the movable shaft contacts and departs from a fixed contact. Particularly, the movable iron core (142) has a cylindrical outer circumferential portion (142a) and an annular attracting and sticking portion (142b), and a ratio between an inner diameter and an outer diameter of the cylindrical outer circumferential portion (142a) is 77% or less.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a contact switching device that does not require proficiency for brazing a metal component to a through-hole of a sealed container made of ceramic, and is excellent in impact resistance. For this, there is provided a contact switching device that drives a contact mechanical portion arranged inside a sealed space to switch contacts, based on excitation and degauss of an electromagnet portion arranged outside the sealed space. Particularly, a ceramic plate (131) holding a fixed contact terminal (133) of the contact mechanical portion, and a first metal component are bonded and integrated to form the sealed space, and an outer circumferential portion of a vent pipe (134) is brazed through a metal ring portion (172a) arranged along an opening edge portion of a through-hole (131b) provided in the ceramic plate (131).

摘要： An electromagnetic contactor has a base plate having an aperture hole; an arc extinguishing chamber including a fixed terminal having a vent portion and a pipe obliquely inserted from outside a wall surface and connecting the vent portion; and a bottomed tubular cap in which one end thereof is open. An arc extinguishing chamber connection portion is formed by the arc extinguishing chamber and a first connection member having a tube portion connected to the arc extinguishing chamber and a flange portion contacting with the base plate. A cap connection portion is formed by the cap and a second connection member having a tube portion connected to the cap and a flange portion connected to the base plate. The arc extinguishing chamber connection portion and the cap connection portion are in communication through the aperture hole of the base plate.
