摘要： An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed contact module including a fixed contact, a movable contact module including a movable contact disposed to face the fixed contact, an armature formed of a magnetic material and configured to move the movable contact module to bring the movable contact into and out of contact with the fixed contact, and an electromagnet configured to generate a magnetic field to move the armature. At least one of the fixed contact module and the movable contact module includes a joint at which different components are joined by riveting, and a film with a thermal conductivity higher than, the thermal conductivity of the fixed contact module and the movable contact module is formed on at least one of the fixed contact module and the movable contact module including the joint.

When the pressing member is located at the off-position, the first contact and the second contact come into a non-contact state. When the pressing member is located at the on-position, the first contact and the second contact come into a contact state by press of the pressing member against the contact piece. The actuator moves the pressing member from the off-position to the on-position via an overshoot position located beyond the on-position. The contact piece includes a body, and a low rigidity portion having rigidity lower than rigidity of the body. The pressing member presses the low rigidity portion.

摘要： Provided is a solenoid switch of a motor including a solenoid case, a solenoid having at least one control terminal for connection to at least one external control cable, two power terminals for connection to external power cables, two stationary serrated electrical contacts mounted within the solenoid case, where each serrated electrical contact is electrically connected to a corresponding one of the power terminals, two movable electrical contacts coupled to the solenoid and electrically connected to windings of the motor, where each movable electrical contact corresponds to one of the two serrated electrical contacts, and is movable by applied force of the solenoid. In response to a control signal received by the at least one control terminal, the solenoid is energized and moves the two movable electrical contacts to mate with the corresponding two serrated electrical contacts resulting in an electrical connection between the power cables and the motor windings.

The contact device includes a movable contact and a fixed contact. A trip device includes a second exciting coil. The electromagnet device moves the movable element from a first position to a second position. The trip device moves the movable element to a third position. An open state is reached when the movable element is in the first position and the third position. A closed state is reached when the movable element is in the movable element is in the second position.
