摘要： A power control system for a battery system of a vehicle includes a first contactor, a second contactor, N fuses and N vehicle loads. An active sacrificial protection device includes a third contactor and a first fuse. The active sacrificial protection device is connected to a positive or negative terminal of the battery system. A current sensor is configured to sense a measured load current flowing through one of the first contactor and the second contactor. A battery management module is configured to selectively close the third contactor to reduce current flowing through one of the first contactor or the second contactor and selectively open the one of the first contactor or the second contactor after closing the third contactor.

摘要： The present invention provides a fuse unit which facilitates a work such as inspection and a method of manufacturing the fuse unit. Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a fuse unit, which has a metal part including an input terminal and an external connection terminal and a connector part for attaching an external terminal C3 to the external connection terminal and is manufactured by integrating the metal part and a resin covering body by insert molding. In this manufacturing method, the metal part and the resin covering body are integrated by insert molding such that a distal end of the external connection terminal of the metal part protrudes from the resin covering body, and then, the connector part separate from the resin covering body is attached to the resin covering body so that the external connection terminal protruding from the resin covering body can be connected to the external terminal C3.

摘要： A fusible link includes a current collector element, a battery cell conductor pad, and at least one fusible conductor connecting the current collector element and the battery cell conductor pad. The current collector element can be a current collector conductor pad, a current collector conductor pad and a current collector plate, or a fuse sheet. A battery cell has an anode electrode and a cathode electrode, a separate fusible link is coupled to at least one of the battery cell electrodes. The battery cell conductor pad is electrically and mechanically attached to each battery cell electrode. The fusible conductor opens under excessive current flow, and has sufficient service loop length to allow relative in-plane and out-of-plane motions between the battery cell electrode and the current collector element. The fusible links can be applied to each of a plurality of battery cells included in a battery pack.

摘要： A fuse unit includes: a fusible link which is connected to a battery terminal and of which a fuse is fused when overcurrent flows therein; and a holding mechanism including a base portion that is interposed between a post-standing surface and the battery terminal in a state in which the battery terminal is fastened to a battery post provided on the post-standing surface of a battery housing, and a holding portion that is connected to the base portion and holds the fusible link on the post-standing surface. Accordingly, a load acting on the battery post can be suppressed.
