    • A juicer having safety mechanism with its handle is disclosed, where the handle is used to buckle its cover. A contact switch is fixed in the body of the juicer and connected in series with a starting circuit of the juicer motor. As the handle buckles the cover, a moving element with a through hole is forced to move down, which enables the through hole to be aligned with a contact member of the contact switch. During the handle buckling the cover, the prop pillar is held to pass through the through hole of the moving element to reach the contact member of the contact switch for turning on the contact switch. On the other hand, if either the cover or the handle is not in place, the contact switch is in power disconnection. Accordingly, the objective of the safety protection can be truly fulfilled.

    • A safety lockout system deactivates a safety switch to interrupt unintentional electrical current flow or signals controlled by a safety switch which is used on door-like closures. The switch generally comprises two components: one mounted on a moveable closure and the other mounted on an adjacent fixed member, such as a door frame. When the two components are aligned and closely adjacent to each other, as when the closure is in closed position, the switch allows current to flow to an electrically powered device. But when the closure is in its open position, the components are not aligned or closely arranged next to each other so that the lockout system automatically deactivates the switch which then prevents unintentional current flow to the device. The closure and the adjacent fixed member are normally locked together by a slider element which engages a keeper element when the closure is in its closed position. When the closure is moved to its open position, the slider element automatically moves to cover one of the switch components and to prevent the closure from completely closing so as to keep the components separated. That deactivates the switch until the slider is deliberately, manually moved out of its component blocking and anti-closing positions and the closure is intentionally moved into its closed position to reactivate the safety switch.

    • A switch assembly having a frame bracket with screw holes designed to permit easy and convenient attachment to the frame of a latch gate. The bracket is designed to support a switch arm, a portion of which engages the latch bar mounted on the door or gate of the latch gate. The switch arm includes a contact which is in electrical communication with a switch pole whenever the latch gate is not fully closed and secured. However, when the latch is fully secured, the switch assembly of the present invention is designed to permit the latch bar to engage the switch arm to interrupt electrical communication between the switch arm contact and the switch pole. Thus, the present invention is designed to provide a normally closed switch whenever a latch gate is not fully secured in its locked position for energizing an alarm circuit and to de-energize such an alarm circuit only when the latch gate is in its fully secured and locked position.

    • A probe actutaed switch comprising a plurality of electrical contact blades and a first and second actuator for engagement with a first and second probe. The actuators are slidably mounted and positioned to engage selected ones of the contact blades. Each actuator defines a rest position and is biased to that rest position by selected contact blades. First and second probe guides are aligned for engagement with the first and second probes. Each guide is adapted to guide a respective probe into engagement with a respective actuator. A latch mechanism is positioned to releasably latch the first actuator in its rest position. As the probes are inserted into the respective probe guides, they are guided into engagement with the actuators. The second actuator is thereupon moved from its rest position to alter the electrical connections of selected ones of the plurality of contacts. The first actuator is held in its rest position until the first probe is fully inserted. The first actuator is then released by the latch and is rapidly moved from its rest position to alter the electrical connections of selected other ones of the plurality of contacts. When the probes are removed from the probe guides, the actuators return to their respective initial rest positions and the contact blades return to their respective initial electrical connections.
