摘要： A method for constructing a solar rectenna array by growing carbon nanotube antennas between lines of metal, and subsequently applying a bias voltage on the carbon nanotube antennas to convert the diodes on the tips of the carbon nanotube antennas from metal oxide carbon diodes to geometric diodes. Techniques for preserving the converted diodes by adding additional oxide are also described.

摘要： A structure of photovoltaic cell is provided. The structure of photovoltaic cell includes a substrate, a lower conductive layer, a photovoltaic layer, and an upper conductive layer, the lower conductive layer is disposed at one side of the substrate, the photovoltaic layer is disposed at the other surface of the lower conductive layer, and the upper conductive layer is disposed on the other surface of the photovoltaic layer. An electron transporting layer, a hole transporting layer, and an active layer sandwiched between the electron transporting layer and the hole transporting layer collectively constitute the photovoltaic layer. The electron transporting layer convers a portion of the active layer and the hole transporting layer for blocking the upper conductive layer from electrically connecting to the active layer and the hole transporting layer.

摘要： The present invention relates to a self-rechargeable hybrid battery and an electronic device including the same. Since the self-rechargeable hybrid battery includes a solar cell and a capacitor which is charged by current output from the solar cell, the charging efficiency of energy output from a solar cell may be increased in an eco-friendly manner, and the self-rechargeable hybrid battery includes electrodes having high transparency, electrical conductivity and interfacial capacitance, and thus may be applied to a transparent device.

摘要： A composite solar cell comprises a spectroscopic element, a first photoelectric conversion element, and a second photoelectric conversion element. The first photoelectric conversion element is positioned in a first direction of the spectroscopic element and the second photoelectric conversion element is positioned in a second direction of the spectroscopic element. The first photoelectric conversion element is a perovskite-type photoelectric conversion element containing, in a light absorbing layer, a perovskite crystal structure material represented by a general formula R1NH3M1X3. A band gap of a light absorbing layer of the second photoelectric conversion element is narrower than the band gap of the light absorbing layer of the first photoelectric conversion element. The spectroscopic element preferentially outputs the short wavelength light of the incident light in the first direction and preferentially outputs the long wavelength light of the incident light in the second direction.
