摘要： The present disclosure relates to a solar cell photovoltaic module and a solar cell photovoltaic assembly. The solar cell photovoltaic module comprises a plurality of matrix-arranged cells, a plurality of main grids and fine grids are distributed on the light receiving surface of the cells, the main grids collect currents on the fine grids connected thereto, the currents collected by the main grids are transmitted through interconnects that connect to the main grids, and the cells are rectangular. The solar cell photovoltaic assembly comprises modules and bus bars, wherein two adjacent modules are connected via a diode or via a virtual conductive wire plus a diode, and the bus bars and the conductive wire are connected with an output via a junction box.

The front-side is the light incident side and the rear-side has rear-side contact structure. The rear-side contact structure includes a plurality of electrically conductive contact fingers, which have a first metal, a plurality of solder pads electrically connected to the contact fingers. The solder pads have a top. The solder pads have a second metal, which is different from the first metal. The rear-side contact structure further includes several cell connectors electrically connected to the solder pads. The top of the solder pads is free from the contact fingers in an area along one direction. The cell connectors are disposed planar on or above this area.

摘要： The invention relates to a hybrid solar collector that generates thermal and electrical energy while maintaining a comfortable indoor climate. The hybrid solar collector comprises a thermal energy collector for time-delayed transfer of thermal energy resulting from incident solar energy into building walls having a rear-vented cover arranged so that an air gap is formed between the solid collector portion and the cover, said cover comprising photovoltaic (PV) elements and being at least partially transparent and/or partially translucent so as to allow solar radiation to impinge on the solid thermal collector, wherein the air in the gap between the cover and the collector is sucked by a heat pump preferably for use in heating water or thermal storage The hybrid solar collector of the invention stores thermal energy in and releases thermal energy from the thermal collector portion, while also generating electricity using the PV elements and utilizing thermal energy from the heated air in the air gap. Operating procedures include targeted air flow and heat recuperation. The system may be used to retrofit existing thermal solar cells with incident-angle-selective structure.

摘要： Fabrication of a single crystal silicon solar cell with an insitu epitaxially deposited very highly doped p-type silicon back surface field obviates the need for the conventional aluminum screen printing step, thus enabling a thinner silicon solar cell because of no aluminum induced bow in the cell. Furthermore, fabrication of a single crystal silicon solar cell with insitu epitaxial p-n junction formation and very highly doped n-type silicon front surface field completely avoids the conventional dopant diffusion step and one screen printing step, thus enabling a cheaper manufacturing process.
