摘要： A flex flat cable structure includes metallic transmission lines having a power line and signal lines, first insulating jackets, a second insulating jacket, a third insulating jacket, and a shield layer. Each of the first insulating jackets encloses one of the metallic transmission lines. The second insulating jacket surrounds the first insulating jackets. The third insulating jacket encloses the first insulating jackets, and the second insulating jacket encloses the third insulating jacket. The shield layer is used to isolate the second insulating jacket from the third insulating jacket. The shield layer includes an insulating film, a first block layer, and a second block layer.

摘要： A shielding unit is formed by press-fitting a small diameter portion of a shielding shell into a shielding ring around which an end portion of a shielding member is wrapped, such that the end portion of the shielding member is sandwiched by the shielding ring and the small diameter portion. By having the end portion of the shielding member be folded over to the inside of the shielding ring when press-fitting the small diameter portion of the shielding shell into the shielding ring, even if the position of an opening is unknown, it is possible to reliably position the opening inside the shielding member, unexposed to the outside, after the press-fitting. This easily allows the end portion of the shielding member to be mounted and secured to the shielding shell so as not to be exposed to the outside.

摘要： An electrical connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of terminals located in the insulating housing, a main shielding shell and an auxiliary shell. The insulating housing has a main body, and a tongue portion protruded frontward from a front surface of the main body. The main shielding shell surrounds the main body and the tongue portion of the insulating housing. The main shielding shell has a main plate, a bottom plate and two lateral plates. A middle of the bottom plate defines an avoiding gap. The auxiliary shell has a base plate, and two flanks extended outward from two opposite sides of the base plate. The two flanks are fastened to bottom surfaces of two side walls of the avoiding gap and the base plate is located under the avoiding gap.

The annular member for grounding includes locking claws configured to project into the housing chamber and lock the push-in member inserted into the housing chamber.

摘要： Integrated signal pair elements are disclosed that can be inserted into and removed from a backplane connector housing as a single piece. Each element includes an insulative frame that supports a pair of conductive terminals in a spaced-apart arrangement. The frame is attached to a ground shield that provides a ground plane that extends around three sides of the signal pair. Cable wires are terminated to tail portions of the signal pair and an insulative material is molded over the cable wire termination area to form an integrated signal pair element. The individual signal pair elements may also be commoned together in a linear array of signal pair elements by a commoning member that contacts the ground shields of the array of signal pair elements.
