The capacitor is electrically connected to the first and second ends of the amplification unit to be in parallel with to the amplification unit, and includes a first wire electrically connecting a first end of the light receiving element, the first end of the amplification unit, and a first end of the switch element, and a second wire electrically connecting the second end of the amplification unit and a second end of the switch element. The capacitor includes capacitance that is interconnect capacitance between the first and second wires.
