摘要： The invention relates to a process for recovering methane from a gas stream comprising methane and ethylene, comprising: a sorption step which comprises contacting the gas stream comprising methane and ethylene with a sorption agent which has a lower affinity for methane than for ethylene, wherein the gas stream comprising methane and ethylene also comprises a compound for which the sorption agent has a lower affinity than for methane and ethylene, resulting in sorption of ethylene and methane by the sorption agent and in a gas stream comprising the compound for which the sorption agent has a lower affinity than for methane and ethylene; a first desorption step which comprises desorbing part of the sorbed methane resulting in a gas stream comprising methane in an amount of 1 to 99.9% based on the amount of methane in the gas stream that is subjected to the sorption step; and a second desorption step which comprises desorbing sorbed compounds resulting in a gas stream comprising the desorbed compounds.

摘要： The present invention provides a method for selectively separating a straight-chain conjugated diene with high purity from a mixture containing the straight-chain conjugated diene and at least one type of straight-chain olefin. The method involves separating the straight-chain conjugated diene from the mixture containing the straight-chain conjugated diene and the straight-chain olefin using a zeolite membrane composite. The composite contains a porous support and a zeolite layer formed on the surface and in the fine pores of the support, and the zeolite contains an alkali metal cation.

摘要： Butadiene is made from a butene rich feed by passing a superheated butene rich feed including superheated steam and oxygen at a temperature of at least about 343° C. (650° F.) over a catalyst bed having a depth of over about 69 cm (27 inches) of granules of ferritic oxidative dehydrogenation catalyst. Inlet conditions being controlled such that the oxidative dehydrogenation reactions initially occur in the lower most layers of catalyst. Process control includes monitoring the temperature throughout the bed and increasing the inlet temperature in response to a drop in the temperature in the active layer, when the active layer of oxidative dehydrogenation catalyst begins to become deactivated so that the reaction zone moves upwardly in the oxidative dehydrogenation bed.

摘要： [Problem] To provide a novel technology by which energy efficiency can be further improved in a process for producing ethylene oxide.[Solution] A method for producing ethylene oxide including: an ethylene oxidation reaction step in which ethylene is subjected to catalytic vapor-phase oxidation using a molecular oxygen-containing gas in the presence of a silver catalyst; supplying an ethylene oxide-containing reaction product gas produced in the ethylene oxidation reaction step to an ethylene oxide absorption column; bringing the reaction product gas into contact with an absorption liquid supplied to the ethylene oxide absorption column; supplying an ethylene oxide-containing column bottom liquid of the ethylene oxide absorption column to an ethylene oxide purification system; purifying ethylene oxide in the ethylene oxide purification system; supplying at least a part of a carbon dioxide gas-containing gas discharged from a column top part of the ethylene oxide absorption column to a carbon dioxide gas absorption column; extracting a carbon dioxide gas-rich absorption liquid obtained by contact of the carbon dioxide gas-containing gas with an absorption liquid as a column bottom liquid of the carbon dioxide gas absorption column; supplying the carbon dioxide gas-rich absorption liquid to an upper part of the carbon dioxide gas stripper column; stripping the carbon dioxide gas from the carbon dioxide gas-rich absorption liquid; and discharging the carbon dioxide gas from a column top part of the carbon dioxide gas stripper column as an exhaust gas, the ethylene oxide purification system including an ethylene oxide purification column provided with a reboiler in a lower part thereof, and a heating medium for heating the reboiler being heated by heat exchange with the exhaust gas.

摘要： A method for improving the light olefin yield in the process of preparation of a light olefin using an oxygen-containing compound, more specifically, in which, a multi-stage dense phase fluidized bed comprising k secondary pre-carbon deposition zones (k≧1) and n secondary reaction zones (n≧1) is used as a reactor, and a multi-stage dense phase fluidized bed regenerator comprising in secondary regeneration zones (m≧2) is used as a main equipment, and by re-refining hydrocarbons with four or more carbons obtained in the separation section, or adding naphtha, gasoline, condensate oil, light diesel oil, hydrogenation tail oil or kerosene in the reaction zone, the method primarily solves the problems in the prior art of the uniformity of carbon deposition amount and the carbon content of the catalyst being difficult to control, and the light olefin yield being low.

摘要： Disclosed is a hydrocarbon conversion process that is less energy intensive than comparable processes. The hydrocarbon conversion process is particularly desirable for converting alkanes, such as methane into C2+ olefins, such as ethylene and propylene, particularly with increasing selectivity to ethylene production. It is also desirable for effectively removing a C2 composition (i.e., ethane, ethylene and/or acetylene) produced from the catalytic conversion of hydrocarbon comprised of C2+ olefins. In addition, the hydrocarbon process is desirable for providing a substantially non-cryogenic separation of the desired C2 compositions from the hydrocarbons (e.g., methane) present in the reaction mixture.
