One example of the process includes passing a first material across a first conveyor, passing a second material across a second conveyor, passing a bonding material across a third conveyor, contacting the first material and the second material to the bonding material, and heating at least one of the first material and the second material. The process also includes introducing the first material, the second material, and the bonding material into a pressure zone such that the bonding material is introduced between a bottom surface of the first material and a top surface of the second material. The process applies pressure to bond the first material and second material together via the bonding material to produce a laminated material.

摘要： An apparatus and method is provided for forming a board-on-chip (BOC) package. An adhesive material including a carrier and microcapsules distributed in the carrier is used to bond a semiconductor component to a mounting surface in a BOC package. The microcapsules contain a hardener and/or a catalyst that, when combined with the carrier, initiate a bonding reaction. The contents of the microcapsules are released via application of an external influence, such as pressure or heat, when the bonding reaction is desired to begin. The use of microcapsules permits the formulation of adhesive blends with a substantially increased pot life, increased stability and reliability at high temperatures, and favorable low temperature reaction and bonding characteristics.

摘要： The present invention provides a floor material and a flooring method which satisfy the various functions required of a floor while reducing the building costs and construction term. The floor material consists of a surface decorative member 2 formed from a material to have a high density and constituting a floor surface layer; an intermediate cork member 3 formed from a cork material to have a slightly lower density than the surface decorative member 2 and constituting a floor intermediate layer; and a substrate cork member 4 made from a carbonated cork material to have a slightly lower density than the intermediate cork member 3 and constituting a floor substrate layer. The substrate cork member 4 is bonded on a backing material 10 of a building, onto which the intermediate cork member 3 and the surface decorative member 2 are successively bonded so as to obtain a three-layered floor mainly consisting of a cork material.
