摘要： An oven appliance includes a cabinet extending vertically between a top portion and a bottom portion. The cabinet defines a cooking chamber configured for receipt of food items for cooking. The oven appliance also includes a combustion heating assembly. The combustion heating assembly includes a tubular combustion chamber extending from an inlet to an outlet. The outlet of the tubular combustion chamber is in thermal communication with the cooking chamber to provide combustion gas from the tubular combustion chamber to the cooking chamber. The combustion heating assembly also includes a burner in fluid communication with the tubular combustion chamber via the inlet of the tubular combustion chamber. Combustion products from the burner mix with secondary air within the tubular combustion chamber to produce the combustion gas.

An isolation space is formed between the housing and the stove. The exhaust pipe passes through the housing and communicates with the air outlet and the exterior of the housing. The heat source is adapted to heat the cavity. Whereby, a compact size kiln is realized.

摘要： A kiln including a stove, a housing, an exhaust pipe and a heat source is disclosed. The stove includes a cavity, an entry, and an air outlet. The housing includes a cover and a front plate and disposed outside of the stove, wherein the front plate is joined to a front end of the cover and disposed at a front side of the stove; the front plate and the stove are spaced apart with a gap. The exhaust pipe passes through the cover and communicates with the air outlet and an exterior of the cover. The heat source is adapted to heat the cavity. With the gap between the front plate and the stove, a thermal insulation effect capable of protecting a user from being burned is provided.

摘要： An oven structure that includes a housing with an internal refractory surface and two heat diffusion walls with apertures at spaced apart and parallel relationship with respect to each other defining a centrally disposed baking chamber and two combustion chambers. The apertures allow a predetermined amount of heat to pass through to the baking chamber without affecting the object being baked by direct contact with flames or other areas with excessive heat concentration. A uniform temperature is maintained within the baking chamber with the hot gases passing through the apertures to the baking chamber where high pressure is developed but the top with the hottest gases and push the mass of gases with a lower temperature down and into the exhaust system.

摘要： An oven comprises an enclosure in which an intermediate wall separates a first part for containing materials to be cooked from a second part containing the functional units of the oven and in particular a fan and a burner. The burner is on the downstream side of the fan in the direction of the flow of air caused by the fan and the flame that it produces is oriented transversely to the direction of air flow. The burner outlet orifices are oriented to allow any water condensing in the burner to drain out by gravity. The intermediate wall is removable for cleaning. This maximizes the volume of the first enclosure part and considerably facilitates cleaning of the functional units of the oven, without disturbance to the operation of the burner.

Broadly, the apparatus permits the linear display of heat input to one or more zones of an oven responsive to gas flow. Heat input is indicated by fluid levels in manometers having their legs dimensioned to permit linear display of heat input despite the variance of gas flow with the square of the pressure. The manometers are positioned next to an adjustable scale which accommodates combustible gases of varying heat contents. The adjustable scale is preferably marked for the preferred heat input profile across the various zones of the oven to facilitate control of optimum heat input to the oven as a whole. Also disclosed are similar display devices for exhaust gases.
