摘要： The present disclosure provides a food preparation tool for making trenches on a food item such as bread product. The tool includes a handle configured to be held by a user. A first roller configured with a plurality of first ridges is rotatably coupled to a first end of the handle. The first ridges are configured to form trenches on the food item upon application of pressure by the user on the food item via the first roller. A second roller configured with a plurality of second ridges is rotatably coupled to a second end of the handle. The second ridges are configured to form trenches on the food item upon application of pressure by the user on the food item via the second roller. The trenches prevent spillage of condiments from bread product thereby preventing food wastage, while also ensuring healthier and tastier product.

This provides a bread dough roll which can have a cross-section of intentionally varying thickness.

摘要： In a method of manufacturing three-dimensionally formed foods which comprises the step of continuously processing food material into a three-dimensional form by using a drum-type forming machine in which the forming surface of the forming blocks is release treated, the method comprises the steps of forming the food material by filling it into the forming blocks, and separating the formed food material (formed products) from the drum surface by jetting compressed air thereto. The method comprises the further step of spraying water, steam or hot water, spreading grain powder, or applying edible oil or fat, onto the forming blocks prior to filling the food material into the forming blocks. The method permits the continuous mass production of three-dimensionally formed foods with stable quality.

A stop gate is movably positioned in the path of the rolls and, when placed in an interfering position, temporarily stop the rolls while the rolls maintain sliding contact with the conveyor. A roll imprinting drum is positioned above the conveyor and adjacent the stop gate; the stop gate is subsequently moved to a noninterfering position to permit the rolls to pass to the imprinting drums where the rolls are formed into a desired shape.

摘要： The invention pertains to an automatic machine for forming articles from materials of doughlike consistency. The machine has a rotatable forming roller with radial cavities which rotates so as to carry the cavities past the discharge opening of a hopper in which the doughlike material is contained. The doughlike material fills the cavities and excess material is stripped from the roll so that the cavities are always precisely filled without leaving any excess dough. The cavities have movable bottoms which are pushed outwardly to eject the articles from the forming roll and are then pushed inwardly so the cavities can receive a fresh charge.
