    • The invention relates to a baby walking stick which facilitates and accelerates the transition from crawling to walking in a physiologically appropriate manner. In addition, the invention prevents the accompanying adult from adopting unsuitable postures and the design of the stick provides increased safety by connecting the adult and the baby. The invention comprises a folding stick having an upper curved section which curves around the baby's erect head. The upper end of the stick is provided with a T-shaped handle for the adult and the centre of the stick, at the height of the baby's arms, is provided with handlebars with which the baby can hold himself/herself upright. The lower end of the stick is provided with two wheels so that the stick slides as the baby and adult walk, which wheels are in contact with the ground and joined by an axle parallel to the above-mentioned handle and handlebars, all of said components being disposed in parallel to the direction of movement.

    • An apparatus for walking assistance to facilitate the movement of individuals who require assistance over short distances for brief periods of time is provided. Specifically, the apparatus allows those having lower limb amputations to move temporarily without a prosthetic device. The apparatus includes a T-shaped cane having a single, adjustable support post with a T-shaped crossbar having two handles. At the base of the cane is a curved support foot with a cushioned contact surface for placement against the floor. The collapsible apparatus includes four primary components; (1) a top receiver bar, (2) a lower receiver bar, (3) a pair of handlebars, and (4) a base platform. The top receiver bar includes a T-shaped cross piece for handlebar insertion. In an alternate embodiment, the top receiver bar comprises a simple cylindrical tube while the handlebar component comprises a T-shaped cross piece. The lower receiver bar telescopes within the top receiver bar at a desired height. The base retains the lower receiver bar and integrates a rigid support plate, a base pad, and a pair of winged plate sections for a rocker type motion during use.

    • A retractable device of sun shading suspensory umbrella mainly comprises an upper and lower support umbrella rods, ribs and hand cranking device. The diameter of the upper support umbrella rod is less than the lower support umbrella rod. The upper umbrella rod is located within the low portion of the retractable device. The hand cranking retractable device is equipped within lower portion of the lower support umbrella rod. The hand cranking retractable device is a worm with a handle, which connects with an active worm gear and a driven worm gear separately on both sides. The active worm gear and driven worm gear separately connects to entwined wire rope first rotating wheel and second through axletree. One end of the first wire rope is wired to first rotating wheel. The other end is securely mounted to lower umbrella tray. One end of the first wire rope is wired to second rotating wheel, the other end of said second wire rope is securely mounted to upper support umbrella rods. The advantages include high performance of self-locking by adopting the worm gear and worm structure, and avoiding the phenomena of disengage and retroflexion in stretching the sun shading umbrella.
