    • The present invention relates to a centrifugal wet type cleaner which collects contaminants within air using fine water particles to centrifugally separate the air and water from each other using the weight difference between the air and water, thereby purifying air. The centrifugal wet type cleaner has a swirl chamber in which contaminants are three-dimensionally collected using a large number of water particles sprayed by a rotating atomizing device to centrifugally separate the contaminated water having a heavy weight and collecting the contaminants from the air using a direct spiral flow generated at a downstream side of a centrifugal impeller. When compared to a conventional cleaner, since the centrifugal wet type cleaner has low energy loss and less noise, noise and energy may be reduced to improve the effect of preventing the discharge of fine dust.

    • This invention relates to a gas-liquid mixing device, forming a safety valve, designed capable of being incorporated into a gas-cleaning installation including a liquid tank (4), an inlet (1) for gas to be cleaned and an outlet (7) through which the gas flow is evacuated. It is characterized in that it has: a tube (2) sliding around the gas inlet (1) and including a peripheral float (8) located in its lower end and designed capable of floating in said tank (4), said sliding tube (2) being open in its lower portion, in order to draw liquid from said tank (4) by a venturi effect and to create a mist in a pressure-relief zone (5); a mixing chamber (6) interposed between said sliding tube (2) and said outlet (7), and designed capable of conveying the flow of said mist towards the bottom of said tank (4).

    • A cleaning apparatus for cleaning a surface in which cleaning solution is distributed to the surface and substantially simultaneously extracted along with the dirt on the surface in a continuous operation as it moves along the surface is provided. The cleaning apparatus includes a housing and a liquid distribution system operatively associated with the housing. The liquid distribution system includes a fluid source providing a supply of the cleaning solution and a distributor fluidly connected to the fluid source for distributing the cleaning solution to the surface. A liquid recovery system is operatively associated with the housing and includes a suction nozzle and a recovery tank removably mounted to the housing and in fluid communication with the suction nozzle. A suction source is in fluid communication with the suction nozzle for applying suction to draw the cleaning solution and dirt from the surface through the suction nozzle and into the recovery tank. A filter system is provided on the housing and in fluid communication with the recovery tank for filtering the recovered cleaning solution to be reused. The filter system includes a first filter provided on a filter support mounted to the recovery tank for filtering particles from the cleaning solution and dirt, and a second filter fluidly connected between the recovery tank and the distributor for filtering particles from the cleaning solution and dirt of a smaller size than the particles filtered from the first filter.
