摘要： A method may be utilized to produce a steering spindle part configured as a hollow shaft and having a connecting portion at its end. At least a part of the connecting portion includes increased wall thickness relative to a portion of the steering spindle part adjoining the connecting portion. The method may involve providing a circular, hollow cylindrical tube with an inner surface that is smooth in a circumferential direction, providing a circular, hollow cylindrical sleeve with an outer surface that is smooth in a circumferential direction, inserting the sleeve into an end portion of the tube, and jointly deforming the end portion of the tube and the sleeve such that a flow of material occurs. This flow may form positively locking elements on the tube and the sleeve that engage into one another in the circumferential direction and generate positive locking in the circumferential direction.

摘要： A rolling-swaging tool for closing an opening of a cylindrical housing includes: a support shaft connected to a driving body; rotating shafts extending in directions orthogonal to the support shaft; and swaging portions, each of which being attached to each of the rotating shafts. The swaging portions have, an annular first swaging portion having a minimum thickness and a maximum outer diameter, a disk third swaging portion having a maximum thickness and a minimum outer diameter, and an annular second swaging portion having a thickness between the minimum thickness and the maximum thickness and an outer diameter between the maximum outer diameter and the minimum outer diameter. The tool also has a first annular inclined surface provided between the annular first swaging portion and the annular second swaging portion, and a second annular inclined surface provided between the annular second swaging portion and the disk third swaging portion.

摘要： In a method of producing a tubular structure for a gas generator, a tubular body is positioned relative to a forming device having inner and outer tools, which are moved relative to an end portion of the tubular body until an inner circumferential surface of a neck of the end portion rests against a support surface of the inner tool to reduce a diameter of the end portion by a tool contour of the outer tool and thereby form a shoulder. The outer tool is held in position upon the end portion and the neck inner circumferential surface is calibrated by a calibrating surface on a calibrating member of the inner tool while an outer circumferential surface of the neck is supported by the outer tool, as the inner tool is removed from the end portion. The outer tool is then removed from the end portion of the tubular body.

The combustion chamber tube is embossed by several embossing dies arranged stellate around the combustion chamber tube and movable by an annular compression module with several punches movable in synchronized fashion in the radial direction and two inner punches extending into the ends of the combustion chamber tube, each with a support mandrel and a shaping mandrel movable relative to support mandrel. The combustion chamber tube is embossed from the outside by the embossing dies radially movable via punches against the support mandrels and the ends of the combustion chamber tube are shaped by shaping mandrels movable relative to support mandrels when the embossing dies are closed.

摘要： A radial compression mechanism includes a constraining structure with a cut-out defined by a plurality of bearing surfaces. A plurality of die are carried by the constraining structure and arranged in a circular pattern about a central axis. Each die has a base side positioned in parallel juxtaposition to a corresponding bearing surface and each die is constrained to move reciprocally and linearly along the corresponding bearing surface. Working surfaces of the plurality of die cooperate to form a cavity that is movable between an open position and a closed position. A driving mechanism is coupled to at least one of the plurality of die to drive all of the die in unison between the open position and the closed position.

摘要： A device for crimping a radially expandable and collapsible prosthetic valve comprises a coiled wire frame having a longitudinal opening extending from a proximal end to a distal end thereof. The opening has a first state and a second state, the opening in the first state having a first diameter dimensioned to receive the prosthetic valve in an expanded or partially crimped configuration therein, and the opening in the second state having a second diameter dimensioned to receive the prosthetic valve in a crimped configuration. The coiled wire frame has a first end coupled to a first member and a second end coupled to a second member. The first member is movable relative to the second member to convert the coiled wire frame from the first state to the second state.
