摘要： A method of producing an adhesive resin includes: a heating and kneading step of kneading a mixture containing a ring structure-containing hydrocarbon resin, an adhesive functional group-containing compound, and a peroxide while heating the mixture to obtain a heated and kneaded product; and a cooling and kneading step, performed in succession to the heating and kneading step, of kneading the heated and kneaded product while cooling the heated and kneaded product to obtain a cooled and kneaded product. The adhesive resin has a yellowness index (Yi) of 3.0 or less when 0.8 parts by mass of 2-(5-chloro-2-benzotriazolyl)-6-tert-butyl-p-cresol is added to 100 parts by mass of the adhesive resin.

The screw for an injection molding machine is characterized in that: the first stage 20 is provided with a compression section 22 comprising a main scraper 25 and an auxiliary scraper 26 having a smaller outer diameter than the main scraper 25; and the second stage 30 is provided with a multi-start screw section 31, said multi-start screw section being provided on the upstream side and comprising a plurality of scrapers, and a fin kneading section 32 provided downstream from the multi-start screw section.

The device has a pressure vessel receiving the liquid and the gas, in which pressure vessel an agitator, having a drive shaft set through the pressure vessel at least in part, is arranged. In order to enable the particularly fast and homogeneous intermixing of the liquid and gas, the drive shaft is arranged in a conveying pipe and drives a conveying organ, in particular a screw conveyor, which transports the liquid through the conveying pipe to at least one outlet, and there is an running-off surface underneath the outlet from the conveying pipe for the liquid flowing out of the outlet. Upon actuation of the agitator, the liquid is thus not only well intermixed together with the air already received therein, but at the same time conveyed through the conveying pipe to the running-off surface, on which it can discharge in a thin layer and has a particularly large exchange area with the gas as a result.

摘要： Rubber to be recycled is first ground to rubber crumb and then is transferred to a plasticizing unit. The rubber to be recycled is mixed with chemicals including an aromatic, environmental-friendly, low volatility reaction oil, a thickening agent and an activator. This mixture is heated to a desired temperature under anaerobic conditions and then is maintained at that temperature for a suitable time. The processed material is then transferred to a cooling unit in which it is cooled to a temperature below 60° C. prior to being released from the machine.

摘要： A caulking tube assembly is provided having a cap and an auger component. The auger component has an auger engagement head portion and a helical or spiral portion. The helical portion is compressible and sized to be fitted in a tube for holding caulk. The auger engagement head has a hexagonal shaft housing sized to receive a mixing shaft therein. A dye or tint color formula is added to caulk disposed in the tube and the mixing shaft engages the auger component mixing the caulk and dye or tint color formula to produce tinted caulk. The caulk is colored to satisfy the requirements of virtually any application and dispensed from a caulking gun. In another preferred embodiment there is a caulking tube assembly with having a closed cap and a mixing component. The mixing component has a shaft engagement portion and a shaftless auger portion.
