摘要： The process includes a die comprising a bottom die (10) and a male part (20) able to close the cavity in such a way as to define a closed forming chamber (F). The bottom die (10) has an upper mouth that delimits the cavity (15), having an open upper surface substantially open in an upwards direction and a lateral surface internal of the cavity of the bottom die and forming an angle with the upper surface. The male part (20) has a central portion (21) able to close the surface of the cavity (15) and a peripheral edge able to adhere to the upper surface of the upper mouth, such as to realize a closing of the forming chamber only by means of contact along the upper surface, the peripheral edge lacking a vertical surface able to slide snugly contactingly with the lateral surface of the upper mouth (11). The process comprises: inserting a batch of non-spongy/foam thermoplastic material having a greater density than 0.9 Kg/dm3, in the solid state and in small pieces, into the cavity of the female component, supplying heat to the parts of the die, up to producing at least a partial melting of the batch located in the cavity of the die, nearing the two parts of the die to one another, by action of a thrust able to deform the batch in the at least partially molten state, the movement leading to a reduction of a distance between the upper mouth and the peripheral edge up to reciprocal contact thereof.

摘要： A vehicle door handle apparatus is disclosed that generally includes a structural core and an outer layer. The structural core has an outer surface, a base portion, and a handle portion that extends from the base portion. The outer layer extends about and covers the outer surface of at least the handle portion of the structural core. The structural core is made of a first material that contains an engineering thermoplastic and glass fibers for reinforcement. The outer layer is made of a second material that contains the engineering thermoplastic and a milled material to give the outer layer a metallic surface finish. Non-limiting examples of the engineering thermoplastic are polyoxymethylene and polybutylene terephthalate. A method is also disclosed for producing an injection molded component having a metallic surface finish such as the disclosed vehicle door handle apparatus.

To be able to produce the shoe sole in an economical fashion and with easily selectable spring and damping characteristics, the invention has the following steps: a) extruding a plastic hose and feeding the plastic hose into a blow mold; b) blow molding the plastic hose into a sole hollow body, wherein recesses are introduced on mutually opposing walls of the sole hollow body during the blow molding process, such that parts of the walls are brought into contact with one another and form a supporting structure between the mutually opposing walls; c) removing the blow-molded sole hollow body from the blow mold; d) at least partially filling the blow-molded sole hollow body with plastic bodies, wherein the plastic bodies are added through a first opening in the sole hollow body.

Provided is a polyacetal resin composition which includes (A) a polyacetal resin and (B) a mold release agent, (B) the mold release agent is a polyolefin-based wax and/or a polytetrafluoroethylene-based wax, and a content of (B) the mold release agent in the polyacetal resin composition is 0.01 part by mass or more and 1.0 part by mass or less based on 100 parts by mass of (A) the polyacetal resin.
