摘要： A squaring device provided to a counter ejector part that stops flat cardboard boxes fed from an upstream, using a front stop, in a downstream part of a box-manufacturing machine, receives and stacks the flat cardboard boxes in a stacking part in a hopper part, and ejects the stack as a batch. It includes a squaring plate that, while the stacking part retains in a stack position during a retention interval, squares the cardboard boxes stacked on the stacking part, in conjunction with the front stop, the retention interval being set in accordance with a feed speed of the cardboard boxes and a count setting for a stack of the cardboard boxes. A reciprocation driving unit drives the squaring plate to reciprocate toward and away from the front stop, and is configured to vary a speed ratio of a squaring speed for reciprocating the squaring plate, to the feed speed.

摘要： Disclosed is a method and apparatus for continuously stacking and discharging a predetermined number of flat folded, glued box blanks issuing from a folder-gluer without limiting the operating capacity of the folder-gluer. Provided is a conveyor means for depositing a predetermined number of blanks on a stacking table. Interposed between the conveyor and table are counter means and blank deflecting means. After a predetermined number of blanks have been counted, the counter activates the deflecting means and a secondary support means. The next following blank is deflected and engaged by a secondary support means and it and the following blanks are supported thereby until the blanks on the support table have been discharged and the table assumes the support of the new stack.

摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus for accumulating and delivering folded cardboard sheets which can provide a high production efficiency. The apparatus comprises at least a pair of stacking bases 24 and 26 being moveable along a loop, the loop including in its path a stacking position for stacking the cardboard sheets on the stacking bases and a delivering position for delivering the pile of the cardboard sheets formed on the stacking bases. The apparatus receives cardboard sheets 6 being fed one by one, accumulates them in the form of a pile consisting of a predetermined number of the cardboard sheets, and delivers the pile of the cardboard sheets. Wherein when one of the stacking bases 24 is moved away from the stacking position, the other one of the stacking bases 26 is moved into the stacking position in such a manner that the pair of stacking bases 24 and 26 are alternatively moved into the stacking position. Preferably, the loop further includes in its path a resting position and an ejecting position, and when one of the stacking bases 24 is moved from the ejecting position to the stacking position, said one of the stacking bases ejects the pile of the cardboard sheets 6 previously formed on the other one of the stacking bases 26.
