摘要： A process for producing a surface covering with an embossed printed surface is described. A substrate (16) is continuously moved through a production line, and this substrate (16) is first provided, in a printing equipment (12), with a printed pattern and thereafter, in an embossing equipment (14), with an embossed pattern, which is registered with the printed pattern. The printing equipment (12) produces the printed pattern in-line with the production of the embossed pattern. During printing in the printing equipment (12), the printed pattern is stretched or compressed, dynamically responsive to indicators of misalignments between the printed pattern and the embossed pattern, so as to correct or prevent the misalignments. A production line for carrying out this process is also proposed.

摘要： Disclosed therein are an extrusion die for synthetic wood which can provide a natural wood pattern similar with real wood by forming various wood patterns on the surface of synthetic wood manufactured through extrusion molding, manufacturing apparatus and method using the same, and synthetic wood manufactured by the same. The extrusion die includes: a pair of molds respectively having rectangular extrusion holes for allowing extrudates forming an inner layer to pass through the extrusion holes; and surface layer forming parts having flow paths which are oppositely formed on contact faces of the molds in such a way as to keep a predetermined gap and formed in a top and bottom asymmetrical manner for injecting other extrudates supplied, the surface layer forming parts serving to form a surface layer having different wood patterns on the outer circumference of the inner layer. The present invention can realize the natural wood pattern similar with real wood by forming various wood patterns on the surface of the synthetic wood by the extrusion die having an asymmetric flow path therein.

摘要： A method for insulating and imparting a desired architectural style to a building or other structure is disclosed. In one embodiment, such a method includes providing a facade comprising an insulating panel and a decorative layer coupled to a front side of the insulating panel. The facade has a substantially planar surface on a back side thereof. The front side of the facade may be non-planar to provide a desired architectural contour to the facade. The method further provides an attachment mechanism on at least one of: (1) the back side of the facade, and (2) an exposed face of a building or other structure. The method attaches the back side of the facade to the exposed face of the building or other structure using the attachment mechanism. A corresponding apparatus and overall assembly are also disclosed herein.

摘要： The present invention relates to engineered wood flooring with a double-frame substrate. The engineered wood flooring comprises a double-frame substrate of wood and a solid wood panel adhered to the double-frame substrate. The double-frame substrate of wood comprises a horizontal grain core and two vertical grain frames; two vertical grain frames are bonded on both sides of the horizontal grain core along the grain direction of the core; the horizontal grain core is sandwiched in the middle, and the horizontal grain core and the vertical grain frame are perpendicular to each other and located in the same plane; the vertical grain frame on each side comprises two vertical grain boards, and one vertical wood board is located between the horizontal grain core and the other vertical wood board. The engineered wood flooring has excellent resistance of deformation, small deformation, high strength and steady usage.
