摘要： A waste-less cut-less composed wooden panel for a wooden timber buildings construction. Thanks to the use of the steel wood screws positioned in a pattern, the same buckling resistance as in the case of the commercial wooden panels connected by aluminium nails or wood screws has been achieved with a much lower value of the wooden panel thickness, approximately by 30%. Thanks to the manual assembly of individual waste-less cut-less composed wooden panel, up to 82% of wooden material can be saved compared to commercially available prefabricated wooden panels.

摘要： A core layer suitable for a multilayer composite including at least one surface layer and one core layer, the surface layer arranged to at least partially cover the core layer and be fixedly connected thereto, wherein the core layer has elements composed of wood, which elements have plate-like regions arranged in zig-zag-shaped fashion, wherein a plate-like zig region of an element with an adjoining plate-like zag region of the element form a common edge between them, in such a way that the wood element of zig-zag-shaped form is formed, wherein elements of zig-zag-shaped form are arranged in the core layer such that two such edges of two different elements cross one another at a non-zero angle, and wherein the two elements are fixedly connected to one another at the crossing point. In one embodiment, a wood element of zig-zag-shaped form may be adhesively bonded to a planar wood element.

摘要： A panel mount including a base, a first jaw, and a second jaw is provided. The panel mount includes a first and second threaded hole in the first jaw having fasteners received therein. The first threaded hole is nearer to the base than the second threaded hole. The panel mount includes a first and a second protrusion when fasteners are adjusted to protrude from the first jaw towards the second jaw. The panel mount includes a pivot protrusion on the second jaw. A panel is to be fastened between the pivot protrusion and at least one of the first protrusion or the second protrusion. Further, when one of the threaded fasteners protrudes from the first jaw at a greater distance than the other of the threaded fasteners, the panel may pivot about an axis centered on the pivot protrusion.

摘要： A wood railing assembly for use between vertical posts which may be attached to a wood deck, utilizes top and bottom rails together with a middle rail. The balusters include top, middle and bottom zones having non-circular cross-sections and the middle rail has matching openings. The top and bottom rails have grooves facing the middle rail and a lattice strip is secured to the ends of the balusters and fits within the groove on the rail and suitable fasteners produce a unitary assembly. The assembly is constructed using the middle rail as a template for positioning the balusters on top and bottom lattice strips which then fit within the grooves on the top and bottom rails.
