摘要： A medication packaging and dispensing system is provided. The system may include a plurality of medication booklets containing medication and a tray that is configured to retain the medication booklets. Each medication booklet may include a sequential tab assembly of pull tabs that aligns with a plurality of front cutouts and a plurality of back cutouts. This alignment configuration facilitates dispensing the medication from the medication booklet. The tray may include a riser that extends from a bottom wall of the tray at an oblique angle, and a first guide panel including a plurality of linear stops. The oblique angle may correspond to a pitch of the first guide panel. The riser and the plurality of linear stops may cooperate to maintain the medication booklets in a staggered configuration that is substantially parallel to the bottom wall of the tray. The system may further include a container for retaining the tray.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for packaging piece-items in a disposable packaging, and to a disposable packaging. A labelled support card comprising at least one gas-impermeable layer is provided with at least one piece-item. The projected bearing surface of the piece-item and a joint surface of the labelled support card surrounding said bearing surface are smaller than the largest gas-impermeable layer. Openings are made around said joint surface along a closed three-dimensional curve, piercing at least all the gas-impermeable layers. The fitted support card is covered by a gas-impermeable extensible film. The space defined by the extensible film and the support card is evacuated by means of the openings. At least one joint surface of the extensible film enters into adhesive contact with at least one joint surface of the labelled support card, forming a sealed joint.

摘要： A dose tape for use in a dry powder inhaler has blisters formed in a formpack layer. A lidstock layer is permanently attached over the formpack layer, to seal a dose of dry powder within each of the blisters. A tear strip is attached to the lidstock layer over each of the blisters. The dose tape is provided in a coil within an inhaler having a breath actuated tape advance blister opening system. Moving a dustcap off of a mouthpiece into an open position places the tape advance/blister opening system into a ready condition. When the patient inhales on the mouthpiece, the tape advance/blister opening system is triggered. The blister or dose tape is advanced by one increment, and a blister is automatically opened. Pulling on the tear strip shears out an area of the lidstock over the blister, unsealing the powder contents. Airflow through an air path in the inhaler, generated by inhalation, carries the powder to a disbursion chamber, or directly to the mouthpiece, for inhalation by the patient.

摘要： A PTP constructed so that when the PTP is divided into a section having one or a plurality of pocket portions, a person can discriminate between the top, bottom, right and left sides of this section in the planar direction and a visually handicapped person can correctly identify the direction of medicament identifying means provided on the section. The PTP includes a flexible sheet having a pocket portion containing a tablet T, and a metal foil adhered to the flexible sheet to hermetically seal the pocket portion containing the tablet T, and the PTP is dividable into sections including a plurality of pocket portions by a dividing line. An unevenness serving as medicament identifying means is provided on a top surface of a pocket portion, and arcs are respectively formed on the dividing line on the sides so that the shapes of all the divided sections become the same.
