摘要： In an article processing apparatus (1), a plurality of hoppers (12) are disposed in a circular shape and each of the plurality of hoppers (12) causes an article (100) received from an upstream side to temporarily stay and then discharges the article (100) toward a discharge opening (20) on a downstream side. Each of the hoppers (12) includes: a body portion (12A); a slide portion (12B) provided on a downstream side of the body portion (12A), and having a slide surface (120) extending continuously from the body portion (12A); and a gate (12C) provided on the body portion (12A) to switch between a first state where the gate (12C) causes the article (100) to stay in the body portion (12A) and a second state where the gate (12C) releases the staying of the article (100) to cause the article (100) to slide down from the body portion (12A). The slide portion (12B) has a length (L) or an angle (A) with respect to a horizontal direction (H) of a path along which the article (100) slides down the slide surface (120), takes off from a downstream end portion (120E) of the slide portion (12B), freely falls in a space (S) where the slide surface (120) does not exist, and then reaches the discharge opening (20), in the second state.

摘要： A cargo container is modified to carry a fracing proppant such as sand from a quarry or source to the frac site. Openings are cut in the top and bottom of a cargo container and hydraulically operated sliding doors are placed there under. A hopper module with the walls being inclined to approximately the angle of repose for the proppant is installed inside the cargo container. The hopper module is sealed inside the cargo container so that a proppant enters through the top opening at the quarry and flows out through the bottom opening at the fracing site.

摘要： A hopper has a gate pivotable to open and close the lower opening of a hopper body, wherein opposing side parts more spaced apart than a width of the body are extending from the gate, and the opposing side parts of the gate are externally fitted pivotably to fulcrum shafts protruding from outer side surfaces of the hopper body. The hopper further includes regulating members interposed between the outer side surfaces of the body and the opposing side parts of the gate. The regulating members are configured to regulate movements of the gate in pivotal directions thereof and are detachably engaged with the fulcrum shafts circumferentially around the fulcrum shafts.

摘要： Implementations described and claimed herein involve systems and methods for facilitating coin hopper maintenance. In one implementation, a top plate is received in a bucket assembly of the coin hopper at a proximal end. The top plate seals one or more coins in an interior of the bucket assembly. The coin hopper is positioned in an inverted orientation by meeting a target surface with the top plate. The inverted orientation positions the bucket assembly at a distal end near the target surface and a base assembly at the proximal end. A hopper dispenser is disengaged from the base assembly of the coin hopper.

摘要： An interlocking container for intermodal transportation includes a plurality of storage chambers that are surrounded by a frame. The frame is configured to support multiple interlocking containers stacked on top of the interlocking container. Each of the storage chambers are configured to couple with a vertically adjacent storage chamber, so that materials stored within a particular storage chamber may travel to a different storage chamber. Each storage chamber uses a sealing member to couple with a vertically adjacent storage chamber to prevent loss of materials.
