摘要： The invention relates to a head-type device for continuous cleaning and sanitization in conveyor belts, mainly flat sanitary conveyor belts. The head-type device comprises a profile extruded as a single piece that defines the length of the cleaning area and comprises a W-shaped cross section, containing, longitudinally, a plurality of polymer scrapers, a pair of polymer seals being disposed on the left and right ends of said W-shaped extended profile, wherein said pair of seals is also protected and sealed by a pair of polymer caps that limit the length of the extended profile.

摘要： A cleaning mechanism for use with a closed loop conveyor belt supported in continuous traversing fashion. The mechanism includes a housing for supporting the belt, a frame mounted to the housing proximate to the belt. A drive shaft extends between spaced apart locations of the frame and includes a pair of head sprockets adapted for supporting the belt at a selected location. A motor is engaged to an input end of the drive shaft. A counter weighted comb element is pivotally secured to the frame, an upper angled combed edge of the comb element arrayed in spatial non-contacting fashion with a traversing exterior of the belt for capturing elongated shaving debris suspended from the belt. A slave shaft extends between additional spaced apart location of the frame and which is rotated via a linkage with the drive shaft. Pluralities of bristles extend from the slave shaft in a cylindrical arrangement such that selected width extending portions of the bristles are arranged in successive contact with the belt upon rotation of the slave shaft in order to scrub the belt.

The device includes a movable cleaning head incorporating a sprayer means for applying a forceful stream of cleaning solution to the belt for loosening debris and dissolving contaminants, and a vacuum means for removing the loosened debris and contaminated cleaning solution for recycling or disposal. The movable cleaning head is carried on a supporting track for transverse movement across the full width of the belt from edge to edge. 摘要： An apparatus for scraping conveyor belts having a plurality of resilient scraping blades dependent on each other for lateral support and pivotal stability, but capable of individually flexing away from the belt surface. Each blade is positioned in side-by-side abutting relation across the width of the conveyor belt, and sufficiently thick to prevent blade twisting or turning by providing mutual support for the abutting blade or blades. The blades extend into angled engagement with the belt to shave debris from the belt surface. Each blade is mounted on a single trailing arm which is disposed within a tensioning blade support element to allow independent flexing of the blades away from but not towards the belt surface. The support elements are set in a longitudinal array and mounted for rotation on a shaft positioned transversely and in spaced relation to the belt surface.
