摘要： A method determines an optimized cutting plan for using a guillotine to cut a batch of rectangular pieces of glass out from at least one sheet of glass. The method includes initializing including defining cutting constraints and positioning constraints for the pieces together with an optimization criterion; creating a tree comprising a root, leaves, each presenting a complete cutting plan enabling all of the pieces of the batch to be cut out, the cutting plan associated with a node of the tree being obtained by adding to the partial cutting plan associated with the parent node of the node, and in compliance with the constraints, the next piece for the frame determined in compliance with the sequence predetermined for the frame; and selecting a complete cutting plan associated with a leaf of the tree as a function of the optimization criterion.

摘要： A method and apparatus for scoring thin glass for the purpose of score and break separation as well as an accordingly prepared scored thin glass are provided. The scoring tool is pressed onto the thin glass and drawn along the scoring line with an adjusted scoring contact pressure force as a vertical scoring force component. This permits to production of prescored ultrathin glass of Knoop hardness from 350 to 650 with a score depth from 1/20 to ⅘ of the material thickness.

摘要： Apparatus and method for producing a reliable breaking line for the industrial cutting to length of glass sheets by means of a cutting wheel running on a float glass line under pressure imposed from above, with the following features: a) the location of the beginning of a breaking line is determined and a cutting wheel holder (20) with a cutting wheel (2) is brought into position, b) the cutting wheel holder (20) is lowered and the cutting wheel (2) is lowered onto the glass sheet (1) concerned with the desired pressing pressure, wherein the pressing pressure is set by means of a swing arm (3) and is monitored by means of a strain gauge (4) secured thereto, c) a change in the height of the glass sheet (1) prompts a control signal for an actuating motor (12) to be derived from the change in the resistance of the strain gauge (4), and the actuating motor brings about a corresponding change in the pressing pressure of the cutting wheel (2).

摘要： A glass substrate laser cutting device according to the invention includes: a working table that has a plurality of vacuum absorbing grooves; a laser cutter; a pressure sensor that measures a pressure sensor when suctioning the glass substrate in a vacuum state; a calculation processing unit that compares the vacuum pressure measured by the pressure sensor with a predetermined threshold pressure and determines whether the glass substrate is broken; a laser cutter that includes a leaser head moving along the cutting direction of the glass substrate and emitting a laser beam; and an optical sensor that is attached to the laser head so as to move together and is disposed at a point in front of the laser beam emitted to the outside so as to detect the breakage of the glass substrate.
