摘要： A pot furnace low-temperature calcination process may ensure that, by controlling the flame path temperature and discharge speed of the pot furnace, that the range of the temperature at which the petroleum coke is calcined in the pot is from 1150° C. to 1220° C., and that the discharge speed is 10 to 20% higher than the normal discharge speed and reaches 110˜120 kg/h, reducing the amount of desulfurization of the petroleum coke during the calcination so that the true density of the calcined coke is between 2.05 and 2.07 g/cm3.

摘要： A multi-stage product gas generation system converts a carbonaceous material, such as municipal solid waste, into a product gas which may subsequently be converted into a liquid fuel or other material. One or more reactors containing bed material may be used to conduct reactions to effect the conversions. Unreacted inert feedstock contaminants present in the carbonaceous material may be separated from bed material using a portion of the product gas. A heat transfer medium collecting heat from a reaction in one stage may be applied as a reactant input in another, earlier stage.

摘要： A blast furnace is employed to process a natural material selected from the group consisting of oil shale, oil sandstone, asphalt rock or mixtures thereof. A first carbonaceous material selected from the group consisting of oil shale, oil sandstone, asphalt rock or mixtures thereof and a second carbonaceous material are charged to the top of a blast furnace and the carbonaceous char material remaining when the burden reaches the lower portion of the blast furnace in front of the primary tuyeres is burned to provide a hot, upwardly-moving gas stream containing CO and H.sub.2 to vaporize recoverable hydrocarbons contained in the carbonaceous material as the carbonaceous material moves downwardly through the blast furnace. A gas containing hydrocarbons, CO, H.sub.2 and vaporized carbonaceous oil and tar is withdrawn from near the top of the blast furnace and a molten slag is withdrawn from near the bottom of the blast furnace. The off gas can be condensed to provide liquid oils and a gas having a desirable Btu content. Provision is also disclosed for the removal of alkali metals from the process.

摘要： A method of supplying refuse to a gasification chamber by which the refuse is introduced into a feed shaft communicating with the gasification chamber and, in a preheating zone at the lower portion of said shaft, is preheated to a temperature of between 100*C and 400*C for providing superheated steam, and further it is ensured that within the feed shaft always a refuse layer of such a height is present, that steam moving upwards within said shaft from said preheating zone is condensed within the refuse layer and forms a steam pocket upwardly limited by a layer of condensed steam or water, whereby a barring is provided preventing gas from the gasification chamber to depart through the shaft and keeping most of the oxygen and nitrogen of the air contained in the refuse back so that it is prevented that this oxygen and nitrogen is introduced into the gasification chamber.

摘要： The present application discloses an apparatus for manufacturing high-quality coal products. In certain embodiments, the apparatus comprises a housing and a heat conducting mechanism disposed within the housing. The heat conducting mechanism is provided with a heat conducting medium inlet proximate a material outlet end and a thermal conduction medium outlet proximate a material inlet end. The heat conducting mechanism comprises multiple groups of heat conducting units and the heating conducting unit comprises a plurality of heat conducting tubes. The heat conducting tubes are in communication with the heat conducting medium inlet and outlet. A plurality of fins inclining downward relative to the vertical direction are arranged along the longitudinal direction between adjacent heat conducting tubes. The present application also discloses a system for manufacturing high-quality coal products, comprising a material feed apparatus, a high-quality coal product production apparatus, a heat-conducting medium supply apparatus, and a recycling processing apparatus.
