摘要： The disclosure provides a method for biohydrogen production. The method includes: mixing a hydrogen production medium and a buffer solution Na2HPO4/NaH2PO4 having a pH value of 5-9, to yield a first mixture; adding corn stalk powder and cellulase to the first mixture and mixing, to yield a second mixture; adding a suspension of photosynthesis bacteria HAU-M1 at the late exponential phase to the second mixture, to yield a third mixture; and sealing the third mixture and allowing for photo-fermentation biohydrogen production under anaerobic fermentation conditions.

摘要： The present disclosure provides methods for controlling oxygen concentration during aerobic biosynthesis, e.g., fermentation. The method may comprise feeding an oxygen-containing gas into a vessel including a fermentation feedstock and reacting the fermentation feedstock with the oxygen-containing gas to form a broth including a gaseous phase dispersed within the broth. The gaseous phase may comprise any unreacted oxygen from the oxygen-containing gas. The method further includes reducing the concentration of the unreacted oxygen in the dispersed gaseous phase to less than the limiting oxygen concentration (“LOC”) for flammability before separating the gaseous phase from the fermentation broth. The concentration of the unreacted oxygen in the gaseous phase is reduced by employing oxygen removal schemes or oxygen dilution schemes.

The present disclosure proposes a method for preparing high-strength unbleached biomechanical pulp, using whole wheat straw as a raw material, by using hot water in coordination with an alkaline biological enzyme to treat whole wheat straw, thereby meeting the requirements for the production of unbleached linerboard and paper-based materials, and recycling by-products thereof to prepare biomass compound fertilizers, which creates wealth from solid waste and realizes the high-value full utilization of wheat straw. The preparation method of the disclosure is simple, green, clean and efficient, and has good practical application value and broad application prospects.

摘要： A multi-stage anaerobic digester is designed to treat a high solids, stackable feedstock. The system may also receive a pumpable feedstock such as a slurry or sludge. In a first stage, the digestate circulates in one direction around a raceway such that the digestate may pass a feed inlet multiple times before leaving the first tank. An optional side stream loop withdraws fibrous material from near the top of the raceway and return digestate with chopped fibers, preferably lower and further along the raceway. An outlet from the raceway located near, but upstream of, the feed inlet discharges partially digested substrate to a second stage, which is operated as a stirred tank reactor. The two stages may be provided in a single tank with an internal wall separating a ring shaped outer portion from a cylindrical inner portion. The digester may be operated in a thermophilic temperature range.
