摘要： The invention is a warp breakage/end sensing system and a device to detect end of a miming yarn on a CWM used to make endless tubular fabric. The device of the invention incorporates a mechanism which causes a notification in the form of a signal (indicating yarn breakage or yarn end) to be sent to the loom operator in the situation where a yarn breakage is detected. The device employs a drop wire (6) which loses its elevation and falls (under its self-weight) from its normal operative position. The drop causes a first element (7) to rotate and come in contact (physical or non-physical) with a second element (8), thereby completing an electric circuit and sending a yarn breakage signal to the operator. Upon restoration of the yarn, the first element restores to its normal working position. In the case of a non-physical contact, the first sensing element enters the triggering region of the second sensing element thus causing a signal to be sent.

摘要： A weaving machine arrangement incorporates a shaft frame machine and, arranged on both sides thereof, two Jacquard machines. The weaving machine arrangement is coordinated, and first warp threads for the woven material are obtained from the shaft frame weaving machine and second warp threads from the Jacquard machines. The second warp threads are used to form spread-out turnover fold areas in the tubular material. The Jacquard machines form patterns for the closing locations of the weft threads in the turnover fold areas. By using spread-out turnover fold areas and spreading the closing locations of the weft threads in these areas, high-strength piecing functions are obtained in the tubular weave.

摘要： This invention provides a cloth winding device of a circular knitting machine. A gear box is provided on the swivel frame of the machine. In the box, there are provided sets of fine adjustment gears and adjacent coarse adjustment gears on their respective shafts so that power is transmitted from the coarse adjustment gears through the rear row gears to the fine adjustment gears and then outputs from the cloth pulling shaft. The cloth winding shaft on the opposite side is driven by the respective bevel gears. Thereby, a multiple of speed ratios can selectively obtained by means of the adjustment devices provided on the gear box. The cloth winding roller is driven by the cloth pulling shaft. By the cooperation of a rocking arm and its related spring, the cloth roller can be raised or lowered automatically in accordance with the size of the cloth roll.

摘要： A triaxial textile fabric for use as a reinforcing textile fabric for a composite material wherein the modulus of elasticity is made isotropic and which can be readily deformed into a three-dimensional configuration without causing special changes in orientation angles and a process by which such a textile fabric can be easily produced. The fabric comprises a large number of oblique yarns extending in a radial direction from the center of the textile fabric, and a circumferential yarn woven spirally in a circumferential direction between the oblique yarns. Each adjacent ones of the oblique yarns are interlaced with each other and the circumferential yarn is woven between the thus interlaced oblique yarns such that such interlacing may appear between each adjacent coils of the spirally woven circumferential yarn. Such an interlacing step takes place after insertion of the circumferential yarn and before an upward and downward movement of the alternate oblique yarns.
