摘要： An accumulating unit that discharges fibers by rotating a drum unit in which a plurality of openings are formed, a second web forming unit that forms a second web by operating a mesh belt, a sheet forming unit that forms a sheet from the second web, and a control unit that performs a start control for operating the accumulating unit and the second web forming unit from the stop state are included. In a case where the start control is performed from a state where the fibers are present in the drum unit, the control unit adjusts a thickness of the second web by controlling at least one of a timing at which rotation of the drum unit is initiated, a rotational speed of the drum unit, a timing at which movement of the mesh belt is initiated, and a movement speed of the mesh belt.

摘要： A method of mixing paper stock, having improved outlet consistency, includes: (a) feeding liquid and feeding paper pulp into a vessel to form a mixture; (b) providing at least one counterflow impeller that is submerged in the mixture, the counterflow impeller being capable of simultaneously inducing both upward flow and downward flow; (c) rotating the counterflow impeller such that downward flow from the impeller is partially recirculated by upward flow from the impeller to form a mixing zone; (d) sensing a parameter of the mixture discharged from the vessel; and (e) controlling the feed rate of the liquid and the feed rate of the paper pulp in the feeding step (a) based on the sensing step (d). An apparatus for mixing of paper stock, having improved outlet consistency, includes a vessel for containing liquid and paper pulp, at least one counterflow impeller, and a feedback system for controlling outlet consistency.

摘要： The present invention relates to a process for the production of paper and board which comprises: (a) introducing one or more fillers, one or more anionic polysaccharides and one or more cationic agents into a mixing zone to form a filler composition; (b) introducing by means of a pump the filler composition into an aqueous suspension comprising cellulosic fibers; and (c) dewatering the obtained suspension. The present invention also relates to a process for the production of a filler composition which comprises: (a) introducing one or more fillers, one or more anionic polysaccharides and one or more cationic agents into a mixing zone to form a filler composition; (b) introducing by means of a pump the filler composition into a storage tank.

摘要： A system for combining a dilution flow with the stock flow passed from the inlet header of the headbox of a paper/board machine. The equipment comprises a valve which regulates the dilution flow and which consists of a valve housing, of a spindle, and of a flow duct placed in the spindle, which flow duct can be rotated into different regulation positions for the purpose of regulating the dilution flow departing from the valve. One end opening of the flow duct and the flow opening in the valve housing are placed in alignment with one another irrespective of the position of rotation of the spindle. The position of the other end opening of the duct placed in the spindle in relation to the flow opening in the valve housing can be regulated by rotating the spindle.
