The drill feed includes a frame and a drill head supported on the frame. The cable feed system is coupled to the drill feed, and the cable feed system includes a cable drive for driving a cable into the hole. The resin system includes a hose in fluid communication with a resin supply. The resin system further including a hose drive system for selectively extending the hose into the hole and retracting the hose from the hole.

摘要： A rock bolt assembly provides an indication of a coupling. The rock bolt assembly includes two shaft sections, namely inner and outer shaft sections. A coupler is configured to couple the two shaft sections together at proximate ends. An electrical conductor is insulated from the outer shaft section and extends from the dead end of the outer shaft section to the head at the live end of the outer shaft section. An electrical contact arrangement is provided at the dead end of the outer shaft section, configured to electrically interconnect the outer shaft section and the conductor when the inner and outer shaft sections are coupled. Electrical terminals are provided at the head and connected respectively to the outer shaft section and to the conductor, the electrical terminals being electrically interconnected or continuous when the outer shaft section and the conductor are electrically interconnected.

摘要： Disclosed is a rock bolt assembly including: an elongate bolt extending with distal and proximal ends; a tubular sleeve longitudinally extending between leading and trailing ends on the bolt so at least a proximal end portion projects from the trailing end of the sleeve; and a nozzle docking bush on the proximal end portion between the sleeve's trailing end and the bolt's proximal end. The bush has a cylindrical body between first and second ends, a central hole extending through the body, spaced-apart annular ridges on the cylindrical body, a grout distributing channel between the ridges, and an aperture in the channel connecting the channel and hole. The central hole includes a leading portion ending at the first end, sealingly receiving the trailing end. A trailing portion of the central hole ends at the second end and sealingly engages the bolt. Each annular ridge seals against a grout nozzle.

After the coal is cut by a tunneling machine and a roadway is formed, the steel wire bundle is anchored at the ends, and the roadway tunneling speed is increased; central grouting is carried out for the steel wire bundle so as to anchor the steel wire bundle in full length and ensure long-time stability of the roadway.

摘要： The present invention provides a retainer device 1 for retaining or holding an anchor rod 11 of a rock anchor, especially a self-drilling anchor, in a hole H drilled above horizontal. The retainer device 1 comprises: a body portion 2 configured to be mounted on the anchor rod 11, e.g., on an outer or external periphery of the anchor rod, and at least one locking arm or tab 6, 7 that projects from the body portion 2 in a direction transverse to a longitudinal extent of the anchor rod 11. The body portion 2 is configured to engage an abutment or shoulder on the outer or external periphery of the anchor rod to prevent its movement relative to the anchor rod 11 in use, and the at least one arm or tab 6, 7 is configured to deform so as to engage and bear against an inner wall W of the hole H when the retainer device 1 mounted on the anchor rod 11 is driven into the hole H. The invention also relates to a rock anchor system 10, comprising: at least one elongate anchor rod 11; a drill bit 12 configured for attachment to one end region 13 of the elongate anchor rod 11 for drilling the anchor rod 11 into rock strata R; and at least one retainer device 1 according to the invention described above for retaining or holding the anchor rod 11 in a hole H drilled in the rock strata R above horizontal. The invention also provides a method for installing a rock anchor.
