摘要： An MBT ignition time and a knock ignition time are acquired from an engine rotation speed and engine load, and an ignition time on a delay angle side, out of these ignition times, is set as the most advance angle ignition time. An ignition time on the delay angle side only by the KCS learning value with respect to the most advance angle ignition time is set as a required ignition time, and when an actual ignition time set by a knock control system exceeds a predetermined amount and is positioned on the delay angle side with respect to the required ignition time, it is determined that abnormality occurs in an oil jet. Fail-safe processing to the effect that the opening degrees of a throttle valve are corrected to a closed side is executed in response to the abnormality determination.

摘要： A body of an oil jet including: an oil supply port which opens into an oil passage in a cylinder block of an internal combustion engine; a cylinder one end of which is communicated with the oil supply port and the other end of which is closed; and an oil injection port which opens on a side surface of the cylinder. A piston valve is accommodated in the cylinder. The piston valve forms in the cylinder a differential pressure room which is a closed compartment. Moreover, an orifice which makes the differential pressure room being communicated with a side of the oil supply port is formed in the piston valve. The piston valve is biased toward a position at which the oil injection port is closed by a spring. Furthermore, a leak hole which allows oil to be leaked outside of the body from the differential pressure room is formed in the body.

In this way, the oil may be rapidly heated during cold engine start conditions.

摘要： A cooling system for a work vehicle is disclosed that includes first and second heat exchangers disposed one above the other to create two discrete flow paths. The upper heat exchanger is an engine water cooler and the lower heat exchanger may be an intercooler, an oil cooler or a refrigerant condenser. The lower heat exchanger is disposed forward of the upper heat exchanger. Additional heat exchangers may be positioned in front of the first and second heat exchangers to provide additional cooling. The first and second heat exchanger may be cross-flow heat exchangers conducting the fluid to be cooled laterally through the core of the heat exchanger.
