摘要： A powertrain component mount includes a housing, a main rubber element, a hydraulic body, a membrane and a valve. The main rubber element has an outer armature, an inner armature and an isolating element coupled to the armatures, the isolating element being formed of a material that is more flexible than the outer armature and the inner armature, wherein the main rubber element defines at least part of a fluid flow path. The hydraulic body supports the outer armature of the main rubber element, defines part of the fluid flow path, a fluid chamber, and part of a control chamber communicated with the fluid flow path. The hydraulic body has a port open to the control chamber. The membrane defines part of the control chamber and the valve has a valve head movable between a first position closing the port and a second position spaced from the port.

摘要： A clutch assembly for a transmission having a gear radially supported relative to a shaft in which the clutch assembly includes a clutch plate rotationally coupled to the shaft. The clutch plate further includes an engaged state whereby a surface of the clutch plate abuts a surface of the gear to rotationally couple the gear to the shaft and a disengaged state whereby the clutch surface is spaced from the gear surface to rotationally uncouple the gear and the clutch plate. A transmission assembly includes a first shaft, a second shaft, and a plurality of gears interconnecting the first shaft and the second shaft such that each gear of the plurality of gears is radially supported by one of the first and second shafts. The transmission assembly can further include a plurality of the clutch assemblies.

摘要： A torsional vibration damper of a hydrokinetic torque-coupling device. The torsional vibration damper comprises a torque input member including first and second side plates axially spaced from and non-rotatably attached to one another, and a supporting member mounted therebetween, a unitary elastic member disposed between the first and second side plates and pivotable relative to and elastically coupled to the torque input member, and a resilient member disposed between the elastic member and the first side plate. The elastic member includes a core member rotatable relative the torque input member, and an elastic leaf integral with the core member and configured to elastically engage the supporting member. The elastic leaf has a proximal end non-moveably connected to the core member, a free distal end and a curved raceway portion disposed between the proximal and free distal ends of the at least one elastic leaf for bearing the supporting member.

To transition from a disconnect mode to a connect mode, the displacement assembly is arranged to displace the hub in a second axial direction and a portion of the plunger assembly is arranged to displace radially inward to block axial displacement of the hub in the first axial direction. To transition from the connect mode to the disconnect mode, the portion of the plunger assembly is arranged to displace radially outward through the hub and the first element is arranged to displace the hub in the first axial direction.
