    • There are formed inside a casing, a steam receiving chamber, a supply manifold chamber, a moisture separating chamber, a heating chamber adjacent to the steam receiving chamber in an axial direction and housing a heat exchanger tube group, and a collection manifold chamber communicating with the heating chamber and adjacent to an upper part of the steam heating chamber. The steam receiving chamber and the partition panel are separated by a transverse partition panel which extends in a vertical direction and through which an end of the heat exchanger tube group in the axial direction penetrates, and a shroud that shrouds the end of the heat exchanger tube group penetrating the transverse partition panel. The steam receiving and the collection manifold chambers are separated by a ceiling panel. A panel bonded to the ceiling panel, the transverse partition panel, and the shroud is provided in the steam receiving chamber.

    • A steam generator boiler for generating steam is connected to a supply conduit for supplying water to the boiler with a supply valve for controlling the supply of water through the supply conduit. A heater supplies heat to the boiler for generating steam with a discharge conduit for discharging excess impure water therefrom. A metering device is operatively connected to the supply conduit for regulating the flow of water to the boiler by calculating the amount of water required based on wattage or BTU's generated by the heater. A pressure switch or thermostat is provided for operating the boiler and the supply valve on the supply conduit for supplying water to the boiler to permit water to be added every time the heater is energized. In addition, a heat exchanger is provided for receiving discharged heated water from the steam generator and preheating water supplied to the steam generator.

    • A heat recovery system for a boiler has a tank separator connectable to a boiler and receiving a liquid from the boiler as well as separating the liquid into a blow down liquid and a flush vapor, a heat exchanger having an upstream portion and a downstream portion and receiving a make up water to be heated, the tank separator being connected with the upstream portion of the heat exchanger so as to apply hot blow down water into the upstream portion of the heat exchanger therefore to heat the make up water in the upstream portion of the heat exchanger by heat given out by the blow down water, the heat exchanger further having a downstream portion connected with the upstream portion so that the make up water heated by the heat given out by the blow down water further flows into the downstream portion of the heat exchanger, the tank separator being connected with the downstream portion of the heat exchanger so as to supply the flush steam into the downstream portion of the heat exchanger and further heat the make up water in the downstream portion of the heat exchanger by heat given out by the flush steam in the downstream portion of the heat exchanger.
