摘要： The invention relates to a module (100) for dispensing tickets, comprising: a chassis (1) holding a plurality of cassettes (3) each comprising a housing for housing a book of tickets and a dispensing mechanism, and a movable robot (2) configured to be selectively coupled with one of the cassettes (3).
The robot comprises: an actuator (21) for extracting a terminal portion of the book by actuating the dispensing mechanism of the cassette, and a reception device receiving this terminal portion.
The reception device and the dispensing mechanism are jointly configured to align a separation line of the terminal portion of the book with a separating device, and/or to tension said terminal portion in order to allow the ticket to be separated by the separating device.

In some implementations, a computer-implemented method comprises receiving a request for licensing information at a first computing device. In some implementations, the computer-implemented method further comprises capturing a current photograph at the first computing device after receiving the request for licensing information. In some implementations, the computer-implemented method further comprises transmitting at the first computing device the retrieved licensing information including the pre-stored photograph and the current photograph over a network to the second computing device. In some implementations, the computer-implemented method further comprises receiving ticketing information at the first computing device wherein the ticketing information includes a law citation.

摘要： A ticket validation device that is protected from debris ingression includes a validator housing defining a ticket entry bezel. The ticket entry bezel defines a first and second major sides and shorter connecting regions that connect the two major sides. The device includes an acceptor assembly that transports a ticket to a ticket reader device and at least one flap positioned between the acceptor assembly and the ticket entry bezel. The flap is biased against one of the first major side or the second major side of the entry bezel. A ticket-side of the flap is pushed away from the one of the major sides by the ticket when inserted into the ticket entry bezel such that the ticket scrapes between a distal end of the flap and the one of the major sides to remove any loose debris from the ticket prior to the ticket reaching the acceptor assembly.

A magnetically encoded ticket is sold by a ticket seller which is presented to a magnetic reader which verifies the ticket and allows passage through an electrically controlled turnstile. Verification of the ticket is automatically made and an electrical count, together with a mechanical count and a photocell count of all entries, is recorded. All detected information at a given location is recorded and controlled by a transaction terminal located on the premises. A remotely located central processing unit automatically and periodically communicates with each of a plurality of remotely located transaction terminals for causing all recorded information in each transaction terminal to be transmitted and recorded at a centrally located central processing unit.

摘要： A label printer of the type including two printing devices which can issue a label and record paper at locations near to each other with printed faces thereof directed to the front is realized by a specific arrangement of two printing devices and two supply devices without increasing the overall size of the printer. The label printer comprises a first printing device including a first print head mounted for up and down pivotal motion and for engagement with an upper face of a first platen, a second printing device located within a same vertical volume below the first printing device and including a second print head mounted for up and down pivotal motion and for engagement with a lower face of a second platen, a first supply means located behind the first printing device for holding a backing sheet in the form of a roll to which a large number of labels are applied and for supplying the backing sheet to the first printing device with the labels directed upwardly, and a second supply means for holding elongated record paper in the form of a roll with a printing face thereof directed outwardly and for supplying the record paper to the second printing device with the printing face of the record paper directed downwardly.
