摘要： An improved dispenser unit for dispensing bulk food items, including a cabinet having at least one hopper having a drum with product compartments, a deflector and flexible gate valve, a dispense assembly, and a control system. The dispense assembly may or may not include one or more belts and/or sensors. The product compartments include flexible and/or elastic membranes, which dynamically change the effective product storage volume within a compartment, and eliminate rigid or semi-rigid pinch points between the drum and drum compartment. A product flow divider may be positioned above the receiving container in the dispense assembly, said divider configured to cause the dispensed product to divide into two or more flow streams into the receiving container. The receiving container may be vibrated or oscillated.

摘要： A tablet cassette is conveniently available for irregularly shaped or halved tablets as with regularly shaped tablets. The tablet cassette includes a fall prevention mechanism configured to prevent extra tablets from falling down into an outlet port. The fall prevention mechanism has a round belt disposed upwardly of the outlet port and at a position higher than partition portions. The fall prevention mechanism is configured to prevent extra tablets from falling such that the extra tablets locating on or above or protruding from one of the tablet receiving portions, which comes closest to the outlet port by rotation of the rotor, are pushed toward the rotor by a repulsive force generated by deformation of the round belt as caused when the extra tablets abut on the round belt.

The second conveyor may convey the items at a second transfer rate which is faster than the first transfer rate, so that a spacing between items in the second conveyor zone is great than a spacing between items in the first conveyor zone. A sensor may be provided to count items as they are dispensed.

摘要： Apparatuses and methods for dispensing cards and other items. In one embodiment, a card dispensing apparatus includes at least first and second card hoppers and a movable card carriage. The card carriage is movable between a first position proximate to the first card hopper and a second position proximate to the second card hopper. The card carriage is configured to receive a first card from the first card hopper when in the first position and a second card from the second card hopper when in the second position. In one aspect of this embodiment, the card carriage can dispense at least the first card into a card outlet chute when the first card has been sufficiently read by a card reader. Alternatively, the card carriage can dispense the first card into a card escrow chute when the first card has not been sufficiently read by the card reader.
