摘要： Methods and systems are described that are utilized for remotely controlling a musical instrument. A first digital record comprising musical instrument digital commands from a first electronic instrument for a first item of music is accessed. The first digital record is transmitted over a network using a network interface to a remote, second electronic instrument for playback to a first user. Optionally, video data is streamed to a display device of a user while the first digital record is played back by the second electronic instrument. A key change command is transmitted over the network using the network interface to the second electronic instrument to cause the second electronic instrument to playback the first digital record for the first item of music in accordance with the key change command. The key change command may be transmitted during the streaming of the video data.

摘要： An electronic musical instrument includes a plurality of keys respectively specifying different pitches when operated; a memory; and a sound processor. In response to a current operation of a current key, which is one of the plurality of keys, the sound processor retrieves the information stored in the memory for a previous operation, if any, of a previous key, which is a same as the current key or is another one of the plurality of keys, and performs a prescribed processing on a beginning part of the waveform data generated for the current operation of the current key in accordance with the retrieved information stored in the memory for the previous operation of the previous key so as to generate processed waveform data in response to the current operation of the current key. The resulting processed waveform data can be configured to better mimic artists' performance of an original instrument.

摘要： Disclosed is an audio reverberation apparatus. The audio reverberation apparatus interacts with or may include a mechanical or acoustic reverberation element. An audio signal is pitch transposing upward and applied to the mechanical or acoustic reverberation element. The resulting audio reverberant signal retrieved from the mechanical or acoustic reverberation element is pitch-transposed downward by the same factor as the upward pitch transposing. This results in the mechanical or acoustic reverberation element requiring smaller dimensions in comparison to a mechanical or acoustic reverberation element where a non-pitch-transposed audio signal is applied.

Thus, arrangements are made for accurately determining the pitch-bend-responsive other note pitch that is not identifiable from the note pitch indicated by the note event itself and converting the other note pitch in accordance with a designated chord.

摘要： A fingering guide displaying apparatus is to guide a player or a learner how to finger wind musical instruments in playing. As most of wind musical instruments are transposing instruments, the fingering patterns are indicated for the respective notes on the music scores notated in the respective tonalities which are unique to the respective instruments. The apparatus stores a fingering pattern database representing fingering patterns for the respective available notes of various transposing instruments in the respective instrument tonalities, and a transposition value database representing, for each of the instrument tonalities, the pitch difference between the instrument tonality and the reference tonality. When music playing data expressed in the reference tonality are used for playing a transposing instrument, the playing data are converted to express the notes in the instrument tonality using the pitch difference value, and fingering patterns are also indicated in the instrument tonality.
