    • A ganged electrical connection system includes an arrangement defining a plurality of receptacles. A plurality of first connectors is receivably coupled in the plurality of receptacles. A plurality of second connectors is matable to the plurality of coupled first connectors of the arrangement along mating axes. Positional mating tolerance variation associated with the plurality of second connectors in relation to the plurality of coupled first connectors manifested at the plurality of receptacles when the plurality of second connectors are mated to the plurality of coupled first connectors is absorbed by the arrangement. The plurality of the plurality of second connectors mate with the plurality of coupled first connectors in a single unimpeded, uninterrupted mating connection. A ganged electrical system for an electric-type vehicle is also presented.

    • An alternate or push-push switch mechanism effects movement of a contact actuator (28) from one stable position to another stable position upon a single depression of a pushbutton operator (34,38,40,42,44). Actuator movement causes a spring loaded plunger (28a) to traverse a surface of a normally open contactor (54) to effect momentary contact closure with a stationary contact (46a) during the movement of the actuator and plunger. The duration of contact closure may be controlled or modified by providing a cam on the contactor surface for engagement by the plunger. Two such switches (20a,20b) are employed in series in a control circuit for a manufacturing machine (M) whereby both switches must be operated by a human operator of the machine within the closure duration interval of the contacts of the individual switches to complete the control circuit for the machine.

    • A lighted indicator for use in connection with a circuit breaker or switch adapted for mounting to a panel to indicate the condition thereof. The lighted indicator comprises a unitary assembly coupled to the circuit breaker case and located between the panel and the case. The indicator attaches directly to a support bracket which is carried by the case. An operating member movable toward and away from the case is mounted on the support bracket and is operable to move the circuit breaker between open and closed conditions. The indicator houses a lamp which projects light upon a portion of the operating member, the lamp being connectable to a source via contact terminals included in the indicator assembly.
