The shorting terminal (10) includes a pair of press-fit projections (20) to be press-fit into one press-fit groove (36) provided in the housing (30) and separated on front and rear sides in a press-fitting direction into the press-fit groove (36). The pair of press-fit projections (20) are formed such that a height of the press-fit projection located on the front side in the press-fitting direction is smaller than that of the press-fit projection located on the rear side.

摘要： A connector includes: a short circuit terminal housed in a first housing and having contact pieces contacting with adjacent first terminals of a plurality of first terminals respectively with the first housing and a second housing not being engaged with each other; and a releaser provided in the second housing and configured to displace the contact pieces and release contact between the adjacent first terminals and the contact pieces upon engaging of the first housing and the second housing. The contact pieces include: contact portions contactable with the adjacent first terminals respectively; and slide portions slidable on the releaser and respectively arranged in positions anterior to the contact portions in an engaging direction of the first housing and the second housing. The contact portions are apart from the releaser with the contact pieces being displaced due to slide of the slide portions on the releaser.

摘要： The invention discloses a vertical power supply for a lamp. The vertical power supply for the lamp comprises a shell formed in an integrated mode and a tail cover, wherein one end of the shell is closed and the other end is provided with an opening; the tail cover is fixedly connected with the opening end of the shell; and a hole is formed in the tail cover. The vertical power supply for the lamp further comprises a circuit board with a control circuit, a switch for generating a pulse signal and a sealing piece, wherein at least one part of the circuit board is mounted in a cavity of the shell; one end of the switch is welded and fixed on the circuit board, and the other end of the switch is a free end; the sealing piece is mounted in the hole of the tail cover to seal the hole; and after the tail cover and the shell are fixed, the sealing piece abuts against the free end of the switch and one end of the sealing piece is exposed in the air. The vertical power supply for the lamp has the advantages of simple structure and good waterproof performance.

摘要： A shunting mechanism is provided within a socket of a light string system having a resistive element that substantially mirrors the resistive characteristic of the bulb inserted in the socket. The shunting mechanism is disabled when the bulb is inserted into the light string socket. When the bulb is removed from the light string socket, the shunting mechanism bridges the internal socket leads so as to maintain current flow and power delivery at levels similar to those provided when the bulb is present. In one embodiment, the resistive element is a resistive coating on the shunting mechanism or a resistive node on the shunting mechanism. In other embodiments, the resistive element is applied to the socket's internal leads. In yet other embodiments, the resistive element consists of sophisticated electronic circuitry specifically designed to mirror the resistive characteristics of the bulb assembly.
