摘要： The disclosed invention relates to a method of realizing an oxygen laser oscillator. The laser oscillator relating to one aspect of the invention is provided with a laser cavity consisting of a high-reflectivity mirror (108) and a partial-reflectivity output mirror (107), a singlet oxygen generator (105), a focusing optics (109), and a shutter (113). Singlet oxygen (O2(1Δg)) is supplied to the chamber (102A) which is pumped beforehand by a vacuum pump. In order to produce a laser oscillation, the shutter (113) is pulled out so that the radiation from O2(1Δg) goes back and forth inside the laser cavity. This causes a stimulated emission from O2(1Δg), and a pulsed laser is extracted from the output mirror (107).

摘要： The compact, laser cavity with a single-axis scanning element as the optical Q-switch incorporates all optical components required for a short-pulse laser. These optical components are ‘locked’ into alignment forming an optical laser cavity for diode laser or flash lamp pumping. The optical laser cavity does not need optical alignment after it is fabricated. Unfortunately, during the alignment process of the optical laser cavity there are small shifts due to the bonding process of the optical elements. These small shifts introduce alignment errors which results in a decrease in output energy and beam quality. The improvement presented adds a single circular wedge prism that corrects these alignment errors returning the output back to its optimum energy output and beam quality.

The third grating including a Moire fringe is formed by irradiating a photoresist with a laser for two-beam interference exposure, and then rotating a substrate by a predetermined angle and re-irradiating the substrate with the laser.

摘要： A laser synchronization system synchronizes the emission of a light pulse on a laser triggered by a rotating mirror and the control of the exposure of a photographic camera by means of a light pulse. The system comprises a light detector connected to the camera and is adapted to supply an electrical pulse suitable for controlling the camera. An auxiliary light source in the form of an auxiliary laser directs a light beam through an optical system onto the light detector when the rotating mirror is in appropriate angular position. Two semitransparent mirrors define the optical resonating cavity of the auxiliary laser, and the auxiliary laser emits light in two opposite directions in the form of a visual display beam and a synchronizing beam whereby a visual display of the path of light emitted by the triggered laser is achieved by a continuous light beam supplied by the auxiliary light source.
