摘要： Disclosed is an electric motor with a stator, a rotor rotatably mounted relative to the stator and motor electronics. The motor electrics is arranged in an electronics housing and mounted on a circuit board. On the circuit board there is arranged at least one vibration sensor configured for measuring an acceleration and/or speed of vibrations of the electric motor in at least one direction. In addition, said circuit board is vibrationally coupled with other components of the electric motor using at least one coupling element, so that at least parts of the vibrations of the electric motor are transmitted to the vibration sensor. Furthermore, a fan is disclosed, including an electric motor and an impeller. A method for evaluating a vibration state of an electric motor is disclosed, wherein said electric motor can be formed by an electric motor as also disclosed herein.

摘要： An integrated circuit for controlling operation of a motor of a fan assembly. The fan assembly includes a housing and a fan. The motor is in the housing. The housing is void of sensors. The motor is configured to rotate the fan. The integrated circuit includes a detection module and a first control module. The detection module is separate from the fan assembly. The detection module is configured to detect a voltage induced in a first coil of the motor or a back electromotive force received from the first coil of the motor. The first control module is configured to receive a control signal from a second control module and control the operation of the fan based on (a) the control signal, and (b) the voltage induced in the first coil of the motor or the back electromotive force. The second control module is separate from the integrated circuit.

To measure the rotational position and, where applicable, the number of revolutions of the rotor, the invention provides a resolver integrated in the canned motor which has a resolver rotor that rotates with the rotor and a stationary resolver stator, the cylindrical wall of the can also lying between the resolver rotor and the resolver stator. The resolver enables the rotational position of the rotor, in particular, to be precisely measured as well as the number of revolutions, and thereby enables the motor to be regulated as basically known from the field of electronically commutated DC motors.

摘要： In a capstan motor, a gear portion and an FG detection portion are integrally formed of a plastic magnet at mutually different wall thicknesses and they are fixed to the outer circumference of a rotor yoke. The FG detection portion is provided with multipolar magnetization to generate a rotation detection signal with a magnetoresistance element. The gear portion is arranged to transmit the drive force to the outside. The outer diameter of the rotor yoke is different at the gear portion and at the FG detection portion, depending upon the wall thicknesses of the plastic magnet. The outer diameter is set to be greater in the portion corresponding to the FG magnet of the rotor yoke.

摘要： There are disclosed recording/reproducing devices for use with computers and particularly for recording or reproducing desired information on or from recording mediums like floppy disks, the devices being miniaturized and reduced in thickness for adapting themselves to the miniaturized computers of nowadays. The reduction in device thickness involves the use of a small-sized rare earth group magnet and neodymium ferrous boron which have good magnetic properties as rotor magnets of disk and carriage driving motors; or alternatively planar superpositions are avoided when placing the disk driving motor and the carriage or a carriage guide shaft and a circuit board. The thinned recording/reproducing devices contribute to diminishment of a space for accommodating the computer to meet a demand for miniaturization thereof. A plurality of miniaturized recording/reproducing devices of the invention can be set in the existing space for placement.
