    • A lighting system includes a light-emitting diode (LED) that emits light having a hue that varies in response to variations in a voltage applied to the LED and an intensity that varies in response to variations in a duty cycle of the applied voltage. The lighting system includes a controller configured to receive a command signal having a periodic peak voltage and a periodic valley voltage. The controller includes a peak detector and a valley detector that detects the peak voltage and the valley voltage, respectively. The controller includes a pulse generator that generates a pulse stream having a pulse-voltage magnitude substantially equal to the detected peak voltage and a pulse-voltage duty cycle substantially equal to the ratio of the detected valley voltage to the detected peak voltage. The generated pulse stream is applied to the LED resulting in light emission of the controlled hue and of the controlled intensity.

    • A multi-output electronic ballast is disclosed. The multi-output electronic ballast is used to drive a plurality of lamp assemblies and includes an AC/DC converter, a first inverter, a second inverter, an auxiliary voltage generator, and a control circuit. The AC/DC converter converts an AC input voltage to a high DC voltage. The first inverter converts the high DC input voltage to a first AC voltage selectively. The second inverter converts the high DC voltage to a second AC voltage. The auxiliary voltage generator generates an auxiliary voltage. The control circuit receives the auxiliary voltage generating circuit and outputs a control signal to the first inverter according to the switching operation of a first external switch. When the control signal is transmitted to the first inverter, the first inverter comes into operation and converts the high DC voltage to the first AC voltage.

    • A LED backlight driving circuit is disclosed. The LED backlight driving circuit includes a driving module, a detecting module, and an adjusting module. The driving module receives a control voltage generated by a voltage control module, receives a feedback voltage generated by a feedback voltage module, and generates driving signals to a LED unit. The detecting module generates adjusting signals for the adjusting module according to a detected value of the driving signals. The adjusting module controls the feedback voltage according to the adjusting signals generated by the detecting module so as to adjust the driving signals.
