    • A track system for transporting people and goods with two support rails plus a side stabilizer mechanism associated with one or both rails. The side stabilizer is employed to provide lateral stability and keep a vehicle's rail wheels on the support rails. The side stabilizer may be a protruding bar or a recessed groove. This track system enables vehicles to change support rails at a junction with stationary non-switching rails. Rail wheels roll over the support rails and support the weight of the vehicle while on the rails. Interior side rollers contact the interior of the bar side stabilizer and maintain the vehicle's rail wheels centered over the support rails. Exterior side rollers contact an exterior of one of the bar side stabilizers and forces the vehicle to stay on the current track or to change to a different track. Recessed grooves and dual-flange wheels can alternately provide side stabilization. At track junctions the vehicle can change direction, pass other vehicles, change lanes, turn-around, and load or unloading passengers or freight. This track system may be integrated with a conventional road system or with a controlled-access (autobahn/interstate) highway system. Optional road wheels allow the vehicle to exit the track system and travel on conventional roads, or dual-mode road/rail wheels can be used for travel on both track and pavement. An automatic traffic control system controls traffic on the track system and enables self-driving vehicles. Powering for the vehicles can be provided by the track system. The system can be miniaturized and used for the model/toy market.

    • The invention discloses an on-line laser processing vehicle for a rail, including a chassis, a vehicle body, a steer-control chamber and a container; the steer-control chamber includes a console, a CCD monitoring system and a drive-switching operating system; a dual driving system and switching mechanism, which with a process-operation driving system, a conventional operation driving system and a switching mechanism, is disposed in the container; the process-operation driving system operates to provide driving power for the laser processing vehicle during laser processing, and precisely controls moving speed and distance of the laser processing vehicle; the switching mechanism operates to implement switching between the conventional operation driving system and the process-operation driving system. The invention ensures accurate processing trajectories of the laser processing vehicle during laser processing; facilitates on-line laser processing of a variety of rails, such as the rails of main line, curved rails, guard rails, switch rails and so on, so that wear resistance of the processed rail is greatly improved, and meets requirements of high-speed and heavy haul trains for wear resistance of the rail.

    • An extension plate assembly for dumping debris into a dump box from a storage tank mounted on a trunk. The storage tank is fitted with a pusher plate that both compacts and pushes debris out of the back of the storage tank. The extension plate apparatus includes extension arms that are rotatably attached on one end to the pusher plate and rotatably attached on the other end to an extension plate. When the pusher plate is in its rearward most position, the extension arms extend beyond the edge of the storage tank. The extension plate assembly allows debris to be pushed out of the storage tank and distributed more evenly into a dump box.

    • A workpiece transport assembly includes an automatic guided vehicle having a guide wheel that drives the automatic guided vehicle along the production floor surface. A frame is releaseably attached to the automatic guided vehicle and defines a work area for assembling a workpiece. The automatic guided vehicle transports the frame to a reaction rail where the frame engages the reaction rail. A drive wheel assembly is mounted to the frame and includes a drive wheel that is movable between a drive wheel engaging position where the drive wheel engages the reaction rail to move the workpiece transport assembly along the reaction rail and a drive wheel disengaging position where the drive wheel disengages the reaction rail.
