摘要： In some embodiments, a building block includes alignment elements that interlink with a similar block with a positional offset. For example, the positional offset may be linear and/or rotational. For example, the second cinder block may be rotated with respect to the first block on which it is supports. Optionally, protrusions from the top of the block are positioned to interlink to the vertical slots at a fixed offset between the blocks. Optionally, the protrusions are formed by channels on a mold and/or a mold head. In some embodiments, a structure may be built stacked blocks. Optionally, a decorative face is configured to form a continuous decorated surface across offset blocks. In some embodiments a building block includes a calibration feature. For example, the block may include a ridge on the top of the block that may be shaved and/or ground to adjust the height of the block.

摘要： A plurality of wall cells rest upon an underlying cementitious foundation and form a perimeter of the vault. Each wall cell has two lateral sides with mating surfaces thereon which are of complementary undulating shape with adjacent lateral surfaces of adjacent wall cells. The wall cells have different thicknesses and widths to provide desirable wall thickness for a different portions of the oncology vault. A door assembly formed of specialized wall cells and with a pivoting door element are also included within the wall. A ceiling is provided above space inboard of the wall cells. This ceiling is formed of separate ceiling slab elements. The slabs are stacked in at least one layer. In one embodiment, multiple layers of slabs are stacked with seams between slabs of each layer offset from each other. In another embodiment, lateral sides of the slabs have a complementary undulating shape.

A concrete form includes a vertical component and a horizontal component, the vertical component located substantially perpendicular to the horizontal component. Also, the form includes an interior surface, at least a portion of the interior surface providing a form for supporting uncured concrete; wherein the uncured concrete forms a concrete structural portion upon curing of the uncured concrete; and wherein the interior surface remains attached to the concrete structural portion after curing. The form may include inserts and compatible form attachments. Also, forms including recesses may be utilized to reduce the weight thereof. Lifting equipment and accessories may be utilized to lift the form from a form holder and set same in place. Forms contain the work area as soon as it is installed to minimize fall hazards and the time, costs, and downtime associated with installation of safety measures.

摘要： A product and a method of manufacture and assembly of a prefabricated wall panel for construction is shown and described. The present invention is directed towards minimizing the labor of multiple additive steps using many layers and materials seen in many building envelopes.
In one example, the method comprises,
A series of prefabricated residential or commercial building panels made of any of varying materials such as hemperete, fiber, cellulose, plant material, bio-aggregate, aggregate, aerated concrete, composite or inorganic materials, of substantially solid body with channel shaped elongated voids substantially located at the vertical sides as well as horizontally across their top.
Said voids in one panel are a connected channel wrapping around 3 or more sides of the panel and exposed to the exterior of said panel. Said panels are placed side by side around the perimeter of a foundation aligning the channel shaped void in one panel with the respective channel shaped void in the panel beside it creating a concrete form, or form for a load bearing material. Said panels are left in place as an integral part of the wall system. Concrete or other load bearing material is placed in said voids substantially vertically between the panels and across their tops creating an air seal and a mechanical bond between panels. The resulting concrete shape inside the wall is a post and beam structure that is substantially equidistant from the interior and exterior of the wall minimizing heat transfer through thermal bridging and minimizing weathering to the concrete. Many of the requirements of a building's wall such as the insulation, the shear strength, the rough openings for windows and doors, the interior and exterior skin, utility chases, drip edges and trim details can be met by this series of prefabricated building blocks. A method of manufacture of the building panels, the product created by that manufacture, a method of panel assembly and integration with other building components, and the finished product created by the manufacture, assembly and integration with other building components are all shown in the present disclosure.
