摘要： A floor panel has a rectangular and oblong shape, and includes a substrate and a top layer provided on the substrate and forming a decorative side of the floor panel. The top layer is composed of a print provided on a carrier sheet and a transparent thermoplastic layer situated above the print. The substrate has a thickness from 2 to 10 millimeter and forms at least half of the thickness of the floor panel. The substrate is a polyurethane-based substrate and the transparent thermoplastic layer is polyurethane-based. The floor panel has a length of more than 1.1 meters and has a plurality of reinforcing layers situated outside the center line of the substrate. A reinforcing layer may be provided in combination with the substrate and the top layer.

摘要： A PPVC connector is provided for joining a first PPVC (Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction) module and a second PPVC module. The PPVC connector is adopted for coupling or joining a first PPVC module and a second PPVC module together, comprising a first anchor for attaching to the first PPVC module; a second anchor for attaching to the second PPVC module; and a frame for coupling the first anchor and the second anchor together. The first anchor, the second anchor, the frame or a combination of any of these components comprise a plate having at least one side for attaching to one of the PPVC Module. Due to confinement effect, the first module and the second module are prevented from detachment so as to bind the first PPVC module and the second PPVC module together permanently to form a monolithic assemble.

摘要： A sealing system having a first seal plate with a first interior face and an opposed first exterior face, with the first interior face adapted to be secured to a first enclosure component, and the first exterior face defining an seal slot. The first seal plate is adapted to mate with a planar a second seal plate by lateral movement of a second exterior face of the second seal plate relative to the first exterior face of the first seal plate. A resilient shear seal, positioned in the seal slot, has a hollow seal chamber and comprises a base and first and second seal walls joined to the base and extending away from the base in a diverging relationship. A seal support is joined to an end of the first seal wall distal from the base, a seal closure is joined to an end of the second seal wall distal from the base, and a planar cantilevered seal surface is joined to an end of the seal closure distal from the second seal wall at a shear seal junction. The cantilevered seal surface is oriented at an upward angle relative to the base and terminates at a free end, and an end of the seal support distal from the first seal wall is joined either to the shear seal junction, or to the elongate planar cantilevered seal surface proximate to the shear seal junction, thereby defining the hollow seal chamber.

摘要： A process for fabricating a unitized structure comprises creating a multilayer structure by applying a flame-retardant resin to a first layer and stacking, on the first layer, an intermediate layer comprising a honeycomb structure. Further, a second layer is stacked on the intermediate layer and the flame-retardant resin is applied to the second layer. The multilayer structure is then heated to a desired temperature and a pressure is applied about the multilayer structure for a predetermined process time. Moreover, the flame-retardant resin is prevented from entering spaces of the honeycomb structure. After elapse of the predetermined process time, the pressure is released, creating the unitized structure.
