摘要： A conical surface friction type overrunning clutch includes a first intermediate ring and a second intermediate ring which are provided between an inner ring and an outer ring, and force amplifying transmission mechanisms are connected respectively to conical surface friction pairs. All of the force amplifying transmission mechanisms and the conical surface friction pairs operate within a parameter scope in which they would not lock themselves, the force amplifying transmission mechanisms are in a constant engaged state, and the conical surface friction pairs exert an initial press via an elastic pre-tightening part or a magnetic member. When tangential external component forces in different directions are generated between the inner ring and the outer ring, the conical surface friction pairs are sliding or stay in a stationary state under the action of the force amplifying transmission mechanism, thus the functions of overrunning and self-locking of the overrunning clutch are realized.

摘要： A method for detecting and mitigating excessive clutch disc wear for a manual transmission includes determining if a clutch pedal position is depressed greater than or equal to a first predetermined pedal position threshold and if the vehicle speed is less than or equal to a predetermined vehicle speed threshold. The method further includes determining if the clutch pedal position is depressed greater than or equal to a second predetermined pedal position threshold when the clutch pedal position is depressed less than the first predetermined pedal position threshold. The method still further includes calculating a clutch disc heat flux value and a clutch disc surface temperature. The method further includes displaying an alert/warning and a remedial action message to a vehicle operator when the clutch disc surface temperature is greater than or equal to a predetermined surface temperature threshold.

摘要： A clutch control device is provided for a four-wheel drive vehicle for transmitting drive force to the rear wheels. The clutch control device includes a dog clutch and a friction clutch, and a 4WD control unit that controls the engagement and disengagement of the dog clutch and the friction clutch. The 4WD control unit is switchable between a two-wheel drive mode and a four-wheel drive mode. The 4WD control unit is programmed to control engagement of the dog clutch so that the dog clutch is engaged after the friction clutch is engaged and the dog clutch is synchronized. During engagement of the dog clutch, the 4WD control unit is programmed to reduce a transmission torque of the friction clutch when the dog clutch engagement standby state is detected.

摘要： A clutch control device is provided for a 4-wheel drive vehicle. The clutch control device includes a 4WD control unit that controls the engagement and release of a friction clutch and a dog clutch which are arranged separately in the two paths. The 4WD control unit has a synchronization speed control unit, and at a time of transition from a disconnected, two-wheel drive mode, in which the friction clutch and the dog clutch are released, to a connected, four-wheel drive mode, in which the friction clutch and the dog clutch are engaged, the synchronization speed control unit reduces a synchronization speed of the dog clutch more during vehicle deceleration than when the vehicle is not decelerating.

The shift rail includes a first shift fork and a second shift fork that are provided integrally with each other. The first sleeve is movable in a first direction along an axial direction from a predetermined first standby position to synchronize a first gear with a rotating shaft. The second sleeve is movable in a second direction along the axial direction from a predetermined second standby position to synchronize a second gear with the rotating shaft. A distance between the second sleeve at the predetermined second standby position and the stopper in the axial direction is smaller than a distance between the first sleeve at the predetermined first standby position and the third gear in the axial direction.

摘要： An equalizing unit of a drive train of a motor vehicle includes a clutch device to be oiled in driving mode. In order to stop drag torques which act on the clutch device from the outside, and result in increased dissipation when said clutch device is not required due to an operating state, measures are provided which promote the dry running of the clutch device. The measures include the spatial-functional separation of the oil delivery device from the clutch device and the provision of a braking or decoupling device by which the oil delivery device can be deactivated if there is no oil requirement.

Inner races of the respective two one-way clutches are integrated with each other to form a common inner race. Outer races of the respective two one-way clutches are formed independently from each other and are driven respectively by pump driving members different from each other. The common inner race includes a coupling portion coupled to the pump drive shaft and extending in the radial direction and a cylindrical body portion extending from the coupling portion in a second axial direction opposite from the first axial direction on the radially outside the pump drive shaft. The body portion includes a depression indented radially outward on an inner peripheral surface thereof. A lubricant supply portion for the depression is provided radially inside the depression.

摘要： A wet clutch includes a rotatable hub and a rotatable drum having an aperture extending therethrough. A plurality of outer clutch plates are fixed for rotation with the drum. A plurality of inner clutch plates are fixed for rotation with the hub and interleaved with the outer clutch plates. A piston is moveable to apply a force to the inner and outer clutch plates to transfer torque between the hub and the drum. A cover is moveable relative to the drum between first and second positions. The cover selectively restricts a flow of fluid through the aperture in the drum when in the first position.
