摘要： The invention relates to a lamp socket for an electric lamp, preferably a motor vehicle lamp, comprising a plastic socket part and at least one contact tab provided in the plastic socket part for power supply. Between the plastic socket part and the contact tab, at least in sections on the contact tab, a coating is provided for increasing the adhesive strength and tightness between the contact tab and the contact socket part. This can be supported by the application of sealing strips. The result is a plastic socket meeting high sealing requirements with simple production effort.

摘要： The electric mains voltage lamp has a lamp cap (10) with a cylindrical portion (12) abutting a glass envelope (1). A resilient cover member (20) circumferentially clamps around and covers the cylindrical portion (12) of the lamp cap (10) and has a circumferential, outwardly extending, flexible collar (21). The cover member (20) may also cover a cylindrical portion (5) of the envelope (1) which is adjacent the lamp cap (10). If the envelope (31) is tubular in shape, the cover member (40) may be a sleeve closed at an end (49) thereof which is remote from the lamp cap (10), so as to cover the whole of the envelope (31). If the lamp has a bulbous envelope (1), the lamp may have a resilient domeshaped member (80) covering a portion of the envelope (1) opposite the lamp cap (10) and having an overlap (81) with the cover member (70). The lamp is able to provide a gastight connection to a lampholder, particularly to the lampholder of the invention, which is sealed when the lamp is mounted therein and which is of a construction which is simple and can be simply realised.
