摘要： We propose new methods for creating color varying prints with classical cyan, magenta, yellow inks on a metallic substrate. We use a special crossline halftone with optimized surface coverages of the inks to create color prints on a metallic surface whose colors change when rotating the print in-plane under specular reflection. These prints enable viewing on the same metallic print a first image with a first set of colors and upon in-plane rotation, the same image with parts colored with a different set of colors. They also enable viewing a first color image and upon rotation a second independent color image. Applications comprise counterfeit prevention, art, advertisement exhibitions and amusement parks.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a method and a system for marking multimedia files with file-marks and manipulating multimedia file(s) with the help of file-marks. In an embodiment, the present disclosure provides a method to link searchable keywords and tags to each of the file-marks. Each user of the multimedia file can define an index of file-marks with associated keywords and tags. The user of the multimedia file is provided with an option to play highlights created by a chosen set of users. One or more actions are initiated at the time of file- marking, associating the keywords and tags with a file-mark or at the time of manipulating the file-marked multimedia file. It also provides a method for facilitating file-marking one or more media files by one or more external file-marking device(s). Further, disclosure presents methods to efficiently encode and decode a multimedia file with highlights.

摘要： The present invention relates to a digital camera that includes a wireless modem for transferring images via a wireless network. Before taking photos, the user can select various configuration settings, one of which uploads tagged images to a photo service provider or other website. If a network connection is not available when images are captured, the camera automatically wakes up later to check for network availability. If a suitable network connection is available, the camera operates in a reduced power state to upload the images from the camera. Data indicating whether or not each image has been uploaded and/or transferred via the wireless network is stored in the camera, and icons are displayed along with the images, to indicate to the user whether or not an image has been transferred to their computer or uploaded to their website.

If the client encounters an instruction to add a watermark, the client may render a watermark based at least in part on client information and/or information capable of identifying the client's user. The watermark may be placed at locations in the content so that the content is discernible by a user, while also being placed within a context of the content so as not to distract from the content experience.

摘要： In a photographic processing method, an image unit having a plurality of printable image frames is received. The image frames include a data frame having subchannel information. An indicator of the presence of the subchannel information is detected. A bitstream of all of the image frames is generated. Responsive to the indicator, the data frame is extracted from the bitstream and subchannel information is read from the data frame. Fulfillment of image frames of the bitstream is provided in accordance with the subchannel information. If no indicator is detected, then the image frames are fulfilled in accordance with a different, default subchannel.
